R	Richard Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nach meinen telefonischem kärcher wirrwarr über die hotline, was absolut sinnlos !!!!! und verwirrend war, keine verbindungen zu wien und st.pölten zustandekamen (1 woche lang), hab ich mich ins auto gesetzt und zu meinem nähesten kächerzentrum st. pölten gefahren. nach dem ich dort der dame im verkaufsraum, fr. kathrin dockner, mein leid und das hotlineproblem geschildert habe, hat sie sich extrem bemüht, diese schlamaßl der kärcherstruktur auszubügeln und mich bestens betreut. hut ab, sowas findet man sehr selten, kompetent, hilfsbereit, hat mir dann auch den techniker zuhilfe geholt, der mir dann die entscheidenden tips gegeben hat. somit bleibe ich weiter wie auch in den letzten 33jahren kärcherkunde. fühle mich in st.pölten bestens betreut und werde in zukunft kärcherinteresenten aus meinem freundeskreis dorthin schicken. danke nochmal an das team st.pölten. habe im selben zuge gleich beste info über das neue wintergarten und solar/fotovoltaik glas-reinigungssystem PURAQLEEN GLAS UND FASADENREINIGUNG erhalten, welches ich in zukunft verwenden werde. after my phone kärcher huddle on the hotline, which is absolutely senseless !!!!! and it was confusing that there were no connections to vienna and st.pölten (for 1 week), i got in the car and went to my nearest kächerszentrum st. pölten driven. after which i am the lady in the sales room, fr. kathrin dockner, my grief and the hotline problem, she tried extremely hard to iron out this mess of the kärcher structure and looked after me very well. hats off, something like that is very rare, competent, helpful, and then I got help from the technician, who then gave me the crucial tips. so i will continue to be a kärcherkunde as in the last 33 years. I feel very well looked after in St.Pölten and will send kärcher interests from my friends in the future. thanks again to the team st.pölten. I also received the best information about the new conservatory and solar / photovoltaic glass cleaning system PURAQLEEN GLASS AND FASADE CLEANING, which I will use in the future.

Die Kundenberaterin am Montag (20.8.) war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Vielen Dank! Diagnosis for my old 620m (defective switch) worked. Have exchanged and he's running again. Wobei die zweite (kleinere) Mitarbeiterin & der Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich waren und der Mitarbeiter noch dazu sehr Kundenorientiert beraten hat und dies sehr kompetent machte !!? Dennoch, da kann ich auf einen zweiten Besuch verzichten (der Chef sollte der Person mal einen kundenfreundlichen Umgang beibringen) , da Ich keine Lust nochmals auf so eine "NICHTSVOMLEBENAHNUNGHABENDE" habe !! Da geht man besser zu Kärcher-Filialen wo man freundlich als Kunde behandelt wird ! ? Unfriendly (dark haired) employee! Where the second (smaller) employee and the staff were very very friendly and the staff also very customer-oriented advice and this was very competent !! Nevertheless, there I can do without a second visit (the boss should teach the person times a customer-friendly handling), since I have no desire again on such a "NIETSVOMLBENHÄNGEN" have !! Since it goes better to Kärcher branches where you are treated as a friendly customer! ?

Danke, so sollte Service sein. Everything BEST part broken down despite some stress (lots of people in the shop) the employees keep track and friendly and courteous took care of everything.
