★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Subway place on entire planet. Dirty and NO proper housekeeping, hyigene, cleanliness. Arrogance and behavioural issues.
What was shocking top management in the USA also did not seem concerned. No action was taken by them shows the real colour of large MNCs who are not bothered with health of customers and take them for granted. Deapite of lodging complaint to the highest level, no action taken report has been shared with. It seems Subway has decided to go underground which is completely un acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think I've ever met someone as cheerful and helpful as Manuel, the guy who made the sandwich for us. His smile and energy was infectious. He helped us figure out the meats n salad and was extremely eager to make our brief stay at the joint pleasant. One extra star just for him!
The sub was nice too! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, sticky surfaces, bugs everywhere. Apple juice from drink dispenser contains small flies. Disgusting. Not sure how this place passed health inspection, nor why the average reviews score is above 4 on Google Maps.

Mixed the orders, bad communication.
I asked for the menu and only could pay the sandwich the rest didn't care.
And some arrogance when I asked for stuff

People working there are also really happy, speak german and english.
They accept card.
