Habe später darauf hingewiesen, worauf mir vorgeworfen wurde, dass ich lüge und selber für den zustand verantwortlich war. Die uhr wurde trotzdem angenommen und in einem noch schlechteren zustand erhalten. Das stahl war komplett verbogen und zerkratzt (so dass man sie nicht tragen wollen würde). Als ich diese inakzeptable tatsache ansprach eskalierte ein streit. Absolut schlechte erfahrung meinerseits, miserable dienstleistung und ein uneinsichtiger "handwerker", der sich im ton mit kunden verschätzt. Ich sollte für den angerichteten schaden entschädigt werde. ?
Have a member removed from my watch, but not properly mounted get back. I pointed out later what I was accused of, that I was lying and responsible for the condition. The clock was still accepted and received in an even worse condition. The steel was completely bent and scratched (so you would not want to wear it). When I addressed this unacceptable fact, a dispute escalated. Absolutely bad experience on my part, miserable service and a unreasonable "craftsman" who misjudges the tone with customers. I should be compensated for the damage done. ?
