Als die Brille im Geschäft verfügbar war, wurde ich gleich über eine SMS verständigt und konnte meine neue Brille direkt abholen. I was greeted in a friendly manner as soon as I entered the shop and was given nice and very competent advice afterwards. As soon as the glasses were available in the shop, I was informed via text message and was able to pick up my new glasses straight away.

Wurden dann von einer Mitarbeiterin auf unfreundlich Art und Weise angesprochen ob wir denn keinen Termin vereinbart hätten. Anscheinend muss diese Fielmann Filialen nicht froh sein um Kundschaft . Wir waren sicher das letzte Mal dort! We wanted to look for new glasses without obligation. Was then approached by an employee in an unfriendly manner whether we had not made an appointment. Apparently these Fielmann branches don't have to be happy about customers. We were definitely there for the last time!
B	Betül Basar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht alle aber Die Frau wo etwas stumpf , rund und mit Brille ist = Unfreundlich, Beratung gleich null total unkonventionelle Person , unsympathisch und seehr abwertend !! , für unseren Sohn der erst 3 jahre ist brauchten wir die Fachgerechte Beratung die wir bei ihnen uns erhofft hatten , sehr enttäuschend das es solches Personal "sprich - möchte nicht arbeiten aber genug verdienen " euch als professionelles Unternehmen nicht aufgefallen ist. Naya waren wo anders und tausend mal zufriedener. Not all but the woman where something is blunt, round and with glasses = unfriendly, advice equal to zero totally unconventional person, unsympathetic and very derogatory! For our son, who is only 3 years old, we needed the professional advice that we had hoped for from them, very disappointing that there were such staff "read - don't want to work but earn enough" you didn't notice as a professional company. Naya were somewhere else and a thousand times happier.
