Hatte bei meinem Stammjuwelier eine Omega Seamaster Diver300 Tokyo2020 erworben, dort auch das Band einstellen lassen, aber dann doch nicht ganz so wie ich es wollte. Also an meinem Heimatort einen Omega Service gesucht und auf die Firma Präg gekommen, hingefahren, sehr freundlich und kostenfrei erledigt. Das ist toll, hätte auch gar nicht kostenfrei sein müssen, wollte nur, dass jemand mit Sachkenntnis an meiner nagelneuen Omega schraubt. Sehr nettes Gespräch mit der Inhaberin Frau Hollfelder geführt, mittlerweile dort bereits ein wundervolles Armband für meine frau erworben. Wirklich ein toller Juwelier, sehr unkompliziert, sehr freundlich, hier passt alles. Das war vermutlich nicht mein letzter Besuch. Danke an Frau Hollfelder und das Team.
I am very enthusiastic about the Präg company. I bought an Omega Seamaster Diver300 Tokyo2020 from my regular jeweler and had the strap adjusted there, but not quite the way I wanted it. So I looked for an Omega Service in my hometown and came across the Präg company, drove there, done it very friendly and free of charge. That's great, it shouldn't have been free of charge, just wanted someone with expertise to work on my brand new Omega. We had a very nice conversation with the owner, Ms. Hollfelder, who has since bought a wonderful bracelet for my wife. Really a great jeweler, very uncomplicated, very friendly, everything fits here. It was probably not my last visit. Thanks to Ms. Hollfelder and the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ein Uhren und Juwelen Geschäft seit 116 Jahren Dienst am Kunden betreibt und all den Wiedrigkeiten des letzten Jahrhunderts trotzen konnte, dann ringt es zumindest mir großen Respekt ab.
Die Firma Präg gehört zu den führenden Fachgeschäften in Dornbirn, wenn es um Schmuck, Uhren und Brillen geht. Viele Generationen aus Dornbirn haben hier ihre Trauringe gekauft.
Meine persönliche Erfahrung ist, ob nur ein einfaches Lederband, eine etwas teurere Uhr oder eine Designer Sonnenbrille, es macht keinen Unterschied in der freundlichen Art wie ein Kunde bedient wird.
Ich wünschte der Fa. Präg, dass noch viele Generationen von Menschen bei ihnen Eheringe aussuchen und das sie niemals nachlassen, den Kunden in den Mittelpunkt ihrer Bemühungen zu stellen.
If a watch and jewelery business has been serving customers for 116 years and has been able to defy all the odds of the last century, then at least it earns me great respect.
The Präg company is one of the leading specialist shops in Dornbirn when it comes to jewelry, watches and glasses. Many generations from Dornbirn have bought their wedding rings here.
My personal experience is whether it's just a simple leather strap, a slightly more expensive watch or designer sunglasses, it makes no difference in the friendly manner in which a customer is served.
I wish Präg that many generations of people will choose their wedding rings from them and that they never cease to put the customer at the center of their efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have the opportunity to buy your jewelry somewhere else, take it! My engagement ring was purchased here, and within the first 4 months it broke again and again and again (the gold band simply split down the middle!). We kept asking them to replace the ring, and they insisted that wasn't their "store policy", choosing instead to repair it each time it broke.
Now, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to write a review if it was just the poor quality of the product. But it was the awful experience I had each and every time I had to return to this store that led me to this. The staff are so unfriendly, unenthusiastic, and pretentious, it's unbelievable. I dreaded having to come back here, and if the ring breaks again, I am seriously considering just buying a different one somewhere else, simply so I don't have to deal with this family again.
Awful experience.
