P	Prenner Horst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein 2 Wochen alter Musical Fidelity M8xi hatte ein Softwareproblem, audiotuning hat nicht lange diskutiert, und da eine größere Hörrunde bevorstand, war der leitende Mitarbeiter Herr Bitzinger so motiviert, das es dies in seiner Freizeit nach Dienstschluss gemacht hat (!!!) Das nenn ich Einsatz, der tollste Service der mir in 30 Jahren Hifi-Hobby je wiederfahren ist ! Unterstützung beim Kauf zu bekommen ist die eine Sache, aber Probleme derart kompetent und rasch zu lösen ist eine andere Sache, die leider immer seltener wird ! Toll ! 1000 % (in Worten eintausend) Prozent Weiterempfehlung meinerseits. @ Heinz Lichtenegger: Gratulation zu solchen Mitarbeitern ! My 2 week old musical Fidelity M8xi had a software problem, audiotuning did not discuss long, and since a larger listening session was imminent, the manager Mr. Bitzinger was so motivated, that it did this in its free time after work (!!!) That's what I call commitment, the greatest service I've ever received in 30 years of hifi hobby! Getting support with the purchase is one thing, but solving problems so competently and quickly is another thing, which unfortunately is becoming increasingly rare! Great ! 1000% (in words one thousand) percent recommendation on my part. @ Heinz Lichtenegger: Congratulations on such employees!

Nach einiger Zeit und mehreren Anrufen wurde eine Rechnung der Reparatur ausgestellt. Ca. 200€ bei einem Gerätneupreis von 300€. Auf Bemerkung, dass ich nur einen Kostenvoranschlag wollte, wurde gesagt, dass das oft nicht anders möglich ist, als das Gerät zu reparieren und zu testen. Ok, gut, bitte das reparierte Gerät zurücksenden und die Rechnung ausstellen. Wochen wieder keine Meldung. Niemand ist für das zuständig oder erreichbar. Keine Ahnung über den aktuellen Auftragsstatus... Nochmaliger Anruf und dann erst die Aufforderung zur Überweisung des Geldes, worauf die Rücksendung erfolgt. In Summe mehr als 2 Monate Zeit gedauert. Immer wieder unnötige Telefonate.. Das für eine sehr teure Reparatur. Keine Empfehlung! A unit sent to Audio Tuning for a quote. After some time and several calls, an invoice for the repair was issued. Approx. €200 for a new device of €300. When I commented that I only wanted an estimate, I was told that this is often not possible other than to repair and test the device. Okay, please return the repaired device and issue the invoice. Weeks again no message. No one is responsible or available for that. No idea about the current order status... Another call and only then the request to transfer the money, whereupon the return takes place. In total it took more than 2 months time. Again and again unnecessary phone calls.. That for a very expensive repair. No recommendation!

Great to see such competence!
