★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinen True Wireless ging der linke Kopfhöhrer nicht mehr und habe darauf hin den Support per E-mail mit der bitte um Rückruf kontaktiert und wurde innerhalb von ein paar Minuten von einer Dame angerufen. Ich habe selten so einen freundlichen Service genossen. Hatte auch leider keine Rechnung mehr, aber sie waren kein Jahr alt. Es wurde freundlicher weise alles komplett auf Kulanz repariert und mir wurde sogar mein Ladecase, bei dem das Scharnier kaputt war, getauscht. DANKE für so einen Service, so etwas findet man nur noch sehr selten. Meine nächsten werden auf alle Fälle wieder Sennheiser :)
 With my True Wireless, the left headphone did not work anymore and I contacted the support via e-mail asking for a call back and was called by a lady within a few minutes. I have seldom enjoyed such friendly service. Unfortunately, they didn't have an invoice anymore, but they weren't even a year old. Everything was kindly repaired completely on goodwill and I was even exchanged my charging case, where the hinge was broken. THANK YOU for such a service, something like this is rarely found. My next ones will definitely be Sennheiser again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als nach etwa einem Jahr regelmäßiger Benutzung die rechte Ohrkapsel plötzlich leiser wurde habe ich mich schriftlich an den Support gewandt wo ich innerhalb weniger Stunden eine Antwort mit Tipps zum Überprüfen erhalten habe. Tatsächlich konnte ich das Problem damit sehr leicht selbst beseitigen. Ursache war lediglich eine Verschmutzung durch Fremdkörper die den Schaumstoffschutz in der Kapsel zurückdrückte, wodurch der Ton leiser und dumpf wurde. Funktioniert nach gründlicher Reinigung wieder einwandfrei. Vielen Dank daher an den sehr schnellen und kompetenten Support.
When the right ear capsule suddenly became quieter after about a year of regular use, I wrote to the support team, where I received a response within a few hours with tips on checking it. In fact, it was very easy for me to fix the problem myself. The only cause was contamination by foreign bodies that pushed back the foam protection in the capsule, making the sound quieter and dull. Works properly again after thorough cleaning. Many thanks to the very fast and competent support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider gibt es die nicht mehr am alten Standort, angeblich hat Sennheiser einen Großteil der netten Leute rausgeschmissen, man kann Reparaturen nur mehr nach RMA-Anforderung nach Deutschland schicken, warten und hoffen. Nichts mehr mit gleich helfen können?.
Deshalb muss ich von meiner alten Rezension
(nur noch rot flackerndes Display bei meinem immerhin schon 7Jahre alten Empfänger, nichts ging mehr-
nach Anruf konnte ich das Gerät hinbringen und nach 10 min wieder mitnehmen! für die Softwarereparatur wurde nichts verrechnet!

Unfortunately, they are no longer at the old location, allegedly Sennheiser threw out a large number of the nice people, you can only send repairs to Germany after an RMA request, wait and hope. Nothing more can help with the same.
So I have to go from my old review
(only the red flickering display on my 7-year-old receiver, nothing worked anymore-
after a call I was able to bring the device there and take it with me again after 10 minutes! nothing was charged for the software repair!
everyone there super friendly!)
subtract all stars. Too bad!

I bought 5 years ago an Urbanite XL headphone...i changed 2 times ear foams and 2 set cabels... This is not quality... This is not Sennheiser...
