Der Mitarbeiter von Nebily hat endlich die Ursache für mein Mottenproblem gefunden! Nein, es waren nicht die Lebensmittel sondern die Dämmung in der Decke. Danke vielmals für die unermüdliche Suche. Endlich jemand der mein Problem nicht mit naja sind ja nur ein paar Motten abgetan hat. Ich leide bereits seit 2 Jahren unter diesen Tierchen - mir ist klar, dass die niemanden was tun - aber mich haben sie fertig gemacht. Danke, Danke, Danke. Keine 5 min. später erhielt ich die beruhigende Antwort, dass es nur harmlose Waldschaben sind - mit tollem Infoblatt zur Beruhigung! Das nenne ich 1A Kundenservice - vielen Dank! I had the terrible suspicion of cockroaches infestation and have sent photos of the animals by mail. No 5 min. later I got the reassuring answer that they are just harmless woodcrackers - with a great info sheet to calm down! That's what I call 1A customer service - thank you!

Hab e mit Kleidermotten schon seit Jahren immer wieder Probleme und hab es allein nie ganz in den Griff bekommen. Es macht echt Sinn sich an einen Profi zu wenden - JETZT endlich sind die lästigen Viecher echt weg. Very friendly telephone advice and the implementation was absolutely TOP! Have been with clothes moths for years always problems and have never got it alone completely under control. It really makes sense to turn to a professional - NOW, finally, the annoying critters are really gone.

Den Termin für die Bekämpfung hab ich aufgrund des Schädlings sogar noch am gleichen Tag (Freitag!) bekommen. War zwar etwas teurer (normaler Überstundenaufschlag), weil es außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeit war - aber absolut fair und keinesfalls übertrieben! Beratung und Durchführung waren TOP! Many thanks for the help. I sent a pest photo and was contacted within 20 minutes. Due to the pest, I even got the appointment for the control on the same day (Friday!). It was a bit more expensive (normal overtime premium) because it was outside normal working hours - but absolutely fair and by no means exaggerated! Advice and implementation were TOP!
