Sehr schwacher Kundenservice. Ich habe Karten für die Wiener Staatsoper geschenkt bekommen aber der Termin passte für mich nicht. Ich habe mich bemüht die Karten irgendwie zu stornieren oder in einen Gutschein umzuwandeln oder weiterzugeben oder auf einen anderen Vorstellungstermin umzubuchen. Alles nicht möglich! Da mir per E-Mail nicht ansatzweise weitergeholfen wurde habe ich es telefonisch versucht. Die Dame am Telefon war dermaßen unfreundlich und scheinbar genervt von meinem Anliegen und verwies mich auch wieder nur darauf, dass sie mir ja eh ne Mail geschickt haben (die aber echt komplett unhifreich war). Nun, der ganze Prozess kostete mich 2 Wochen Bemühen um Hilfe - im Endeffekt sind wir auf den Karten sitzen geblieben. Danke für Nichts!
Very poor customer service. I got tickets for the Vienna State Opera as a gift, but the date didn't suit me. I tried to somehow cancel the tickets or convert them into a voucher or pass them on or rebook them for another performance date. Everything is not possible! Since I was not helped at all by e-mail, I tried it by phone. The lady on the phone was so rude and apparently annoyed by my request and only pointed out that she had sent me an email anyway (which was really completely unhelpful). Well the whole process took me 2 weeks of trying to get help - in the end we got stuck on the cards. Thanks for nothing!

An absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. rudest and most incompetent people ever, many hidden rules and tricks on the bookings that get you to pay more to get worst places. Heltmut Rainiel, the guy who runs this disgraceful site is a real incompetent himself , so no wonder ,... just stay away from this site

This booking system is a disgrace and a complete disaster. They really do need to do a serious upgrade of their system. Their booking process (website, follow-up emails) is extremely awkward and dysfunctional. Bemusingly so. The seat map shown during the buying steps is only an inaccurate, non-clickable sketch of the hall. The user is left wondering where exactly she or he will be seating, as it is not even clearly specified that (if) exact seats cannot be selected, and that you have to be content with an automated selection. Only a few options are available to at least constrain that automated selection.

They pretend they reimbursed the tickets on June 7: to date (June 22) no money on my credit card We purchased 4 tickets paid 200€ +226€ = 426€ by credit card on 24/12/2019 ( so, they have been keeping my money for six months !). The Vienna State Opera canceled both performances on April 11 and 12. It was stated on the cancellation email :"If your cards were paid via credit card, the card price will be charged back to your credit card by 12.6." To date, I have not seen a refund fromCulturall on my credit card account: they said they did it on June 7, which means 15 days ago. June 7 is a Sunday: In fact, I firmly believe that, since they do not work on Sundays; they have not reimbursed me at all, and I have the impression that they probably lied to me by pretending that they had paid back. How can they not understand that: - the trust between Culturall and their customers must be complete? - an unsatisfied customer tells his friends, colleagues, fellow opera lovers, and on social networks whenever he has the opportunity? Horrible booking experience - Somehow the wrong date was booked, and they would not allow me a refund even a few mins after my booking just because I clicked on 'view PDF' which they consider is equivalent to printing a ticket! 88 euros lost for nothing.
