Der Mann meinte meine Mutter solle ihn nicht nerven und sie wäre nicht die erste mit einem Todesfall. Der Mann schien extrem genervt am ersten Arbeitstag im neuen Jahr (er meinte es sind am 1. Tag schon sooo viele anrufe). Total unfreundlich und unkooperativ! My mother called today (it concerns a death). After what felt like a thousand times someone has finally picked up the phone. The man said my mother shouldn't annoy him and she wouldn't be the first to have a death. The man seemed extremely annoyed on the first day of work in the new year (he said there were so many calls on the first day). Totally unfriendly and uncooperative!

Wir mussten einen unserer Parkplätze (22€ im Monat) abgeben bzw. wurde seitens der Genossenschaft gekündigt und wir können uns jetzt einen neuen nehmen für 72€. Telefonisch konnte mir niemand erklären woher der Preisanstieg in einem Monat kommt und auf einen Rückruf warte ich vergebens. Nicht empfehlenswert! Real rip off. We had to give up one of our parking spaces (€22 per month) or the cooperative canceled it and we can now take a new one for €72. Nobody could explain to me on the phone where the price increase came from in a month and I wait in vain for a call back. Not recommended!

All of my concerns have been dealt with quickly so far, and all questions, whether by phone or email, have always been answered quickly and politely. I am therefore enthusiastic about the service quality of the NHG.
