M	Mile Poljakovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es tut mir leid das ich sagen muss, aber ich finde es katastrofal. Am machen Tagen muss man so lange warten obwohl keine Kunden drinnen sind. Die Mitarbeiter sind in anderen Raum und unterhalten sich, und draußen stehen Leute und warten. Und dann manchmal reden sie mit die Kunden ewig, ich verstehe wegen Beratung aber nicht privat. Ich hoffe das es bald besser wird. I'm sorry to say this, but I find it disastrous. On some days you have to wait so long even though there are no customers inside. The employees are in another room talking and there are people outside waiting. And then sometimes they talk to the customers forever, but I don't understand privately because of the advice. I hope it will get better soon.

Riesen Auswahl an Kosmetika und auch sonst alles Vorhanden was man in einer Apotheke sucht. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Eigene Parkplätze auf der Rückseite. Wenn man eine Apotheke benötigt dann ist man in der Armonia Apotheke bestens aufgehoben!! Always a very good pharmacy, both under Mag.Karner's management and under the new management of Magistra Hössl. Huge selection of cosmetics and everything else available what you are looking for in a pharmacy. Very friendly and competent staff. Own parking spaces at the back. If you need a pharmacy then you are in good hands in the Armonia pharmacy!

Es geben sich alle sehr viel Mühe und sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. I've been going to the Armonia pharmacy for years and I'm more than very satisfied to this day. They all try very hard and are very friendly and very helpful.
H	Heide Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verstehe, dass die Bedingungen in der Apotheke in der Pandemie nicht einfach sind. Bis jetzt war ich immer sehr -auch mit der Beratung-- zufrieden. Da ich großen Wert auf ein "Original" Medikament meines Arztes lege, wurde ich zuletzt mit eher heftigen Ton darauf hingewiesen→→dass es das Gleiche ist. Auf mein Ersuchen um ein Sackerl für ca 6 Medikamente→ (darunter Xarelto mit einem VP von über € 100,--) kostet aber was!!!! Zum Glück gibt es genügend Apotheken in meinem Umkreis und JA ich bin sehr empfindlich! Understand that conditions at the pharmacy are not easy in the pandemic. So far I have always been very satisfied - also with the advice. Since I attach great importance to an "original" drug from my doctor, I was recently told in a rather violent tone→→that it is the same. At my request for a bag for about 6 medicines → (including Xarelto with a retail price of over € 100.00) but costs what!!!! Luckily there are enough pharmacies in my area and YES I am very sensitive!

Jede Mitarbeiterin nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit Fragen zu beantworten bzw. das korrekte Produkt zu finden. Wenn ein spezielles Produkt nicht mehr auf Lager ist, wird dies bestellt und kann spätestens am nächsten Tag abgeholt werden. Spezielle Mischungen werden vor Ort gemischt, deshalb sind wahrscheinlich auch nicht alle Mitarbeiter immer am Verkaufspult. Yes, it is correct that there are usually waiting times, but we are always served very competently. Each employee takes a lot of time to answer questions or to find the correct product. If a special product is no longer in stock, it is ordered and can be picked up the next day at the latest. Special mixtures are mixed on site, which is probably why not all employees are always at the sales desk.
M	Musetta Bohème on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem lange Wartezeit und verärgerte Kunden! Die Mitarbeiter lassen sich anscheinend extra lange Zeit, obwohl die Schlange draußen angestellt ist bis zur Trafik! Eine Frechheit! Dann kommt man endlich dran und anstatt die Zäpfchen für Babys herzugeben, verkaufen sie die für Erwachsene! Das lange Warten umsonst! Wir haben extra „fürs Baby“ dazugesagt. Wie viele Stunden habe ich dort eigentlich schon warten müssen? Die Inhaber sollten einmal in andere Apotheken gehen, um sich Tipps zu holen! Extremely long wait and angry customers! Apparently the employees take extra time, even though the line is lined up outside to the tobacconist! An impudence! Then it's finally your turn and instead of giving away the suppositories for babies, they sell the ones for adults! The long wait in vain! We added "for the baby". How many hours did I actually have to wait there? The owners should go to other pharmacies to get tips!
