M	MaX Frost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr nett, allerdings hilft es wenig wenn mann nie unter 20min Wartezeit kommen kann! Man bucht einen Test und z.B. 14:00, man sieht das Menschen in Schlange stehen, trotzdem geht es nur im Schneckentempo voran. Ich find es super das manche Menschen ohne Zeitdruck leben können. Leider drift das nicht zu bei den Großteil der Leute die arbeiten! The employees are all very nice, but it doesn't help if you can never wait less than 20 minutes! You book a test and, for example, 2:00 p.m., you see people standing in line, but it only progresses at a snail's pace. I think it's great that some people can live without time pressure. Unfortunately, that doesn't affect the majority of the people who work!
t	thipin - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nette Mitarbeiterinnen, wirken teilweise etwas verplant und Testungssystem kann verbessert werden. Hier wird trotzdem auf sehr hohem Niveau gemeckert… :) Super nice employees, sometimes seem a bit planned and the testing system can be improved. Nevertheless, they complain at a very high level ... :)

Erwähnenswert ist zudem die schöne Außenanlage mit ihrer Bepflanzung. Very friendly and competent employees who always strive for the well-being of their customers. The beautiful outdoor area with its plants is also worth mentioning.

Da nehme ich gerne eine längere Wartezeit in Anspruch weil mir bewusst ist, dass sich das Team bei jeder/m Kundin/en die Zeit nimmt für eine gute Beratung. Ich bedanke mich für die nette und freundliche Bedienung und wünsche dem Team der Apotheke in der schwierigen Pandemiezeit alles Gute. Definitely recommend this pharmacy. The team is very helpful and happy to provide additional information. I am happy to wait longer because I am aware that the team takes the time to give good advice to every customer. I would like to thank you for the nice and friendly service and wish the pharmacy team all the best in the difficult pandemic period.
C	COOL NIGHT SHADOW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offenbar überfordert; die Kunden warten alle draußen, meine Frau hat 15 Minuten unter ihnen gewartet. Sie berichtet: °Es waren 2 Leute draußen vor ihr, 2 weitere drinnen..." die Leute kommen mit langen Listen, usw. Gut, das kann man auch kürzer abarbeiten! DA MUß MAN HALT SCHNELLER!!!!!!!!!! Apparently overwhelmed; the customers are all waiting outside, my wife waited 15 minutes under them. She reports: "There were 2 people outside in front of her, 2 more inside..." people come with long lists, etc. Well, you can also work through that in a shorter time! YOU HAVE TO STOP FASTER!!!!!!!! !!
