Dank der Physiotherapeutischen Gang-Analyse bei Frau Köstenbauer und meinen neuen super angenehmen podologische Einlagen geht es meiner Lendenwirbelsäule so viel besser! ...auch meine Knie sind deutlich glücklicher, mein Nacken entspannter und selbst meine Hüfte ist positiv betroffen. Und das alles mit ein paar gezielter Physiotherapeutischer Übungen und Spezial-Einlagen. DANKE!! Best to recommend! Competent, friendly, sympathetic! Thanks to the physiotherapeutic gait analysis by Ms. Köstenbauer and my new super comfortable podological inserts, my lumbar spine is doing so much better! ... also my knees are much happier, my neck is more relaxed and even my hip is positively affected. And all this with a few targeted physiotherapeutic exercises and special insoles. THANK YOU!!

Die sensomotorischen Einlagen nach zweimaliger Operation am großen Zeh haben die Schmerzen deutlich reduziert. Eine sehr sympathische Therapeutin, die sich Zeit nimmt und individuell auf mich eingegangen ist. Ms. Köstenbauer is a great therapist who really helped me a lot. The sensorimotor insoles after two operations on the big toe have significantly reduced the pain. A very personable therapist who takes her time and responds to me individually.

Ich habe in kürzester Zeit bemerkenswerte Fortschritte gemacht. Abgesehen davon, dass Frau Köstenbauer spürbar sehr viel von ihrer Arbeit versteht, hat sie eine sehr angenehme und sympathische Art und Weise auf ihre Patienten einzugehen. Auch das Ambiente in der Praxis trägt zur Entspannung bei, alles in allem mehr als empfehlenswert! For me the best physiotherapist I've ever been to! Ms. Köstenbauer is the first one who really helped me. I've made remarkable progress in a very short time. Apart from the fact that Ms. Köstenbauer knows a lot about her work, she has a very pleasant and personable way of dealing with her patients. The ambience in the practice also contributes to relaxation, all in all more than recommendable!

Sitzung total schmerzfrei - vielen herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle. Sympathisch, fachlich sehr kompetent und das Ganze in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Herniated disc in the lumbar vertebra at 34. No pain-free day until the start of treatment with Ms. Köstenbauer. Totally pain-free since the 3rd - 4th session - many thanks at this point. Sympathetic, technically very competent and the whole thing in a very pleasant atmosphere.

M	Marion Marik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a trip to Vienna, I visited Julia Koestenbauer in late 2018 for advice on ongoing lower back pain after a double microdiscectomy (2013 and 2015). Her caring and professional approach were amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and took her time to analyse all possible causes for my pain. After a thorough assessment Julia suggested to use her podo insoles to improve my posture and to ultimately relieve my back pain. I live in Australia and had never heard about Podotherapy. I was amazed when she offered to send the insoles to Australia. I have been wearing the insoles for just under a month now and am feeling much better. They are very light weight and easy to fit into any of my shoes. I would like to thank Julia for her compassion and empathy. I can only recommend her as an empathetic and highly competent professional. Thank you Julia, I see you next year during my next visit to Vienna
