J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche und vor allem kompetente MA. Apotheke ist in einem sauberen, modernen, übersichtlichen und vor allem in einem sehr einladenten Zustand, da relativ neu. Die Waren werden sehr übersichtlich und kundenfreundlich ausgestellt. Eine Kinderspielecke ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Liegt nur ca. 20m neben der U2 Station Stadlau. Daher 5:5 ☆. Friendly and above all competent employees. Pharmacy is in a clean, modern, well-arranged and above all in a very inviting condition, as it is relatively new. The goods are displayed very clearly and in a customer-friendly manner. A children's play area is also available. Is only about 20m from the U2 station Stadlau. Hence 5: 5 ☆.

J	Janna Frömbling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zunächst erscheinen die ApothekerInnen freundlich. Nach Rücksprache in einer anderen Apotheke fällt auf, dass die Beratung unzureichend und zum Teil falsch ist. Ein Medikament, welches ich zum ersten Mal bekam und welches eigentlich von der Kasse bewilligt wird habe ich dort selbst bezahlen müssen. erst in eine Anderen Apotheke wurde mir dies klar. Auch merkte ich hier, dass diese für einen Bewilligungen einhole können, welches bei der Apotheke Stadlau nie angeboten wurde und wohl nicht zum Service gehört. Zusätzlich: Auf nachfrage eines No-Name Präperates gab es zunächst eine Diskussion mir dieses anstelle des Markenpräparates auszuhändigen. Meines erachtens ist der Service für den Verbraucher schlecht. At first, the pharmacists appear friendly. After consultation in another pharmacy it is striking that the advice is inadequate and partly incorrect. A drug, which I got for the first time and which is actually approved by the cashier I have to pay there myself. Only in another pharmacy I realized this. Also, I noticed here that they can collect for a permit, which was never offered at the pharmacy Stadlau and probably not part of the service. Additionally: Upon request of a no-name preparation, there was initially a discussion to hand this over to me instead of the branded supplement. In my opinion the service is bad for the consumer.

N	NiciMiez S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr schöne, saubere Filiale. Mitarbeiter sind zum teil freundlich, was beratung angeht etwas kurz, von Maskenpflicht dürften sie aber nicht viel halten. Ältere leute betreten auch diese Ohne ( dabei sollten wir sie ja schützen) aufmerksam gemacht werden sie allerdings nicht. Aber sonst kann man wirklich nichts sagen, sehr schön alles. Einfach zu empfehlen ?? A very nice, clean branch. Some of the employees are friendly, and when it comes to advice they are a bit short, but they shouldn't think much of the mask requirement. Older people also enter this without (we should protect them) but they are not made aware. But otherwise you really can't say anything, everything is very nice. Simply recommended ??

Aber ich warte seit 3 einhalb Wochen auf ein Schmerzmittel, das ich bestellt habe, das zwar manchmal längere Zeit nicht lieferbar und deshalb kontingentiert ist, aber in anderen Apotheken zu kriegen wäre! Wenn ich das gewußt hätte!!! Voll die falsche Apotheke erwischt!!!! yes, everything was very clean and friendly. But for 3 and a half weeks I have been waiting for a pain reliever that I have ordered, which is sometimes not available for a long time and is therefore subject to a quota, but could be obtained in other pharmacies! If I had known that!!! Caught the wrong pharmacy !!!!
J	Jüntha Edarap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht wieder, kein Service, drei Apotheker im Raum ,u ein Kunde ( Problem mit Medikament was gesucht wird und halt länger dauert )der bedient wird und man steht mit Maske ( hab Atemprobleme ) wie ein Depp da, die anderen räumen Medikamente in Regale ein. Werde in Zukunft im Internet bestellen. Hatte die Apotheke eigentlich in guter Erinnerung bis auf einmal mit einem Zahlendreher auf dem Rezept wo ich dann quer durch Wien geschickt wurde und das Rezept neu schreiben lassen musste. Bin sehr sehr enttäuscht . Service geht anders ! Not again, no service, three pharmacists in the room, and a customer (problem with medication that is being sought and takes longer) who is served and you stand there with a mask (have breathing problems) like an idiot, the others put medication on the shelves . Will order online in the future. Actually had good memories of the pharmacy, except for one time with a transposed number on the prescription, where I was then sent across Vienna and had to have the prescription rewritten. Am very very disappointed. Service is different!
