★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mir wurde eine falsche Packung Spritzen gegeben, wenn ich nicht aufpasse spritz ich mir ein falsches Medikament.Keine Entschuldung sondern der lapidare Satz _ kann ich der Hektik passieren_ übrigens war kein Mensch in der Apotheke , woher die Hektik. Unverantwortlich mit sensibler Ware so umzugehen.
 I was given a wrong pack of syringes, if I'm not careful I inject a wrong drug. No debt but the terse sentence _ I can pass the hustle_ incidentally, no one was in the pharmacy, whence the hustle and bustle. Irresponsible to deal with sensitive goods like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute wurde uns eine (!) FFP2-Maske für sage-und-schreibe € 2,90 verkauft. Abzocke pur in diesen schwierigen Zeiten, für so etwas sollte sich eine Apotheke einfach nur schämen! Werde es dem Verbraucherschutz melden.
Today we were sold a (!) FFP2 mask for a whopping € 2.90. Pure rip-offs in these difficult times, a pharmacy should just be ashamed of that! Will report it to consumer protection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemlösungsorientiert sieht anders aus! Präparat laut Rezept nicht lieferbar? "Bitte fragen Sie Ihren Arzt. Wir können nicht helfen." Bei Medikamentenengpässen ist man hier definitv auf sich selbst gestellt.
Problem-solving looks different! Product not available according to prescription? "Please ask your doctor. We cannot help." In the event of a drug shortage, you are definitely on your own.

Menschlich einfach top! In dieser Ausnahmezeit unbedingt erwähnenswert! DANKE!
Many thanks to the two empathic and human pharmacists who lined up for us on Saturday morning for a spontaneous antigen test so that we can see our son in the hospital as quickly as possible. Human simply top! Definitely worth mentioning in this exceptional time! THANK YOU!
