X	X. Y. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut erreichbar und schöne Filiale. Leider ist man hier unheimlich langsam. Ich hab bisher ein paar Mal Pakete abgeholt und jedes Mal ca. 30 Minuten gewartet. Dass sich Mitarbeiter vor den Augen der Wartenden gerade dann einen Kaffee holen wenn der Raum schon ziemlich voll ist zeigt nicht nur dass es durchaus schneller ginge, sondern ist auch ziemlich provozierend ... Easily accessible and a nice branch. Unfortunately, it's incredibly slow here. So far I've picked up parcels a few times and waited about 30 minutes each time. The fact that employees get a coffee in front of the eyes of the waiting people when the room is already quite full not only shows that it could be done faster, but is also quite provocative ...

Endlich kann man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn) bequem und schnell mit Paketen (oder anderen Anliegen) eine Postfiliale erreichen, was leider in Wien sehr selten zutrifft. Ich danke den Entscheidungsträgern für diese Lokalisation. Drinnen ist es gemütlich (Kaffee-Maschine) und geräumig. Ich musste noch nie lange warten, aber ich vermeide die Stoßzeiten. Personal ist Hilfsbereit, abwohl ohne zur Schau gestellter Begeisterung... Es gibt einen grossen Selbstbedienungs-Bereich, um Zeit zu sparen. W	Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut fürchterliche Postfiliale. Wenn man diese mit dem Auto erreichen muss, um ein Paket abzuholen.. Parkplatz kann man mal gute 20 Minuten suchen. Mit etwas Pech um anschließend dann erst einen Fußweg von 10 Minuten zu haben. Was natürlich richtig Spaß macht, wenn man ein schweres Paket tragen muss. ? Die Filiale beim Siegesplatz war bei weitem sympathischer. Absolutely terrible post office. If you have to get there by car to pick up a package .. You can look for a parking space for a good 20 minutes. With a bit of bad luck to then only have a 10-minute walk. Which is of course really fun when you have to carry a heavy package. ? The branch at Siegesplatz was far more personable.

Heute wurde ich von Frau Irmi (neue Mitarbeiterin) empfangen und war schockiert. Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin! Frau Irmi hat definitiv 5 Sterne verdient. Long-term customer. This post office was formerly on Siegesplatz. All employees are unfriendly. Today I was welcomed by Ms. Irmi (new employee) and was shocked. A very friendly and helpful employee! Ms. Irmi definitely deserves 5 stars.

Vermutlich länger als am Land... Terrible location if you have to bring or pick something up by car. Civil servant mentality. Closed for lunch (from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.). Yes. 2 hours too. Probably longer than in the country ...

Weit und breit kein Parkplatz zu finden und dann muss man in der kostenpflichtigen Garage parken! Bad customer service! 2 hour lunch break in a post office? Far and wide no parking space to be found and then you have to park in the paid garage!
C	Christoph Kautz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn deine Pakete in dieser Filiale abgegeben werden, kommt das der Höchststrafe gleich. Man kann die Pakete fast immer nur am Schalter abholen. Warum die Empfangsboxen im 24h Bereich nicht verwendet werden, weiß niemand. Vielleicht damit der Aufenthalt lange genug dauert, um die Garage zahlen zu müssen? Mitarbeiter waren zu mir aber immer recht freundlich, wenn man dann doch irgendwann dran war. Nehme an dass die Filiale einfach viel zu klein für das Einzugsgebiet ist. Bei der dreifachen Schalterzahl würde man immer noch warten. Nummer ziehen wie am Amt. If your parcels are dropped off at this branch, that amounts to the maximum penalty. S	Sharif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very naughty employees. I was there on Thursday, December 24th at around 11:40 am and had to wait a long time because you had to withdraw your tickets. I urgently needed to send a package internationally. However, we had to wait a long time and it was 11:55 and it was supposed to close at 12. At 11:55 am I and a few others were simply called to the counter and I was the first. It was a young man who was at the counter. I said I want to send this package. The gentleman simply replied very cheekily: yes that is not possible now. NO not no time for that .. you come on Monday. He talked to me like that, then he gave me 1 slip of paper and said I should fill this out BUT from home because he has no time and such. The problem is, I was there already at 11:40 am and it's not my fault .. the waiting time was long but I got there on time and secondly I was at the counter at 11:55 am, the post office is still open and the employee should do his job what he didn't. In fact, he was very naughty. Because of such employees, the post gets 1 star from me, I would have even given 0 personally but it doesn't work. REALLY A CHEAP Because of such employees, they also lose customers, that's for sure! Extremely unfriendly and do not do their work during working hours !!!!
