Zum Glück wohne ich in der Nähe, sodass ich die Apotheke im Gewerbepark als meine Stammapotheke bezeichnen kann. Das Testen ist sehr gut organisiert, dient eigens dafür freigegeben Räumlichkeiten - eine tolle Idee. Das Testteam ist ebenfalls spitze. Da geht man "gern" zum Testen. Great advice. Very friendly staff who support the clientele. Fortunately, I live nearby, so I can call the pharmacy in the industrial park my main pharmacy. The testing is very well organized, and there are rooms specially approved for this purpose - a great idea. The test team is also great. You "like" to go to testing.

W	Why don't you just watch a Giallo-Film? on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öffentlich gut erreichbare, leider (auch) an Samstagen ziemlich frequentierte Apotheke, was in einer leider grenzwertigen Freundlichkeit mancher Mitarbeiter und dem Gefühl von Massenabfertigung bei den (Antigen-)Testungen resultiert. Leider wird auch hier das Spiel "Personalausweis vs. e-card" betrieben. Soll heißen, manche Mitarbeiter verlangen explizit die e-card, während andere meinen, dass der Personalausweis oder ein anderweitiges Dokument zur Identifikation ausreichen würde. Auch beim Online-Anmeldeportal ist nur von einem Lichtbildausweis die Rede. Das sollte man vielleicht auch jenen Mitarbeitern mitteilen, die anfangen zu diskutieren, warum man denn nur den Personalausweis und nicht die e-card vorlege, die ja ihrer Ansicht nach so unerlässlich ist. Schade! Insgesamt 3,5 und damit gerundete 4 Sterne zur Güte! Die eine, sehr unhöflich einer älteren Dame gegenüber, die sich für PCR-Test erkundigte …. Allgemein sehr kurz angebunden, grad mal dass man Auskunft bekommt. Schade! Vom Standort und vom Geschäftslokal super, Personal könnte und sollte freundlicher sein. Ein weiterer Besuch dort … nur im Notfall! The customers are queuing. Staff is behind ... entertainment, laughter. Nothing goes on in the sales room. Finally 2 women come forward. The one, very rude to an elderly lady who asked for PCR testing…. Generally very brief, just to get information. Pity! The location and the business premises are great, the staff could and should be friendlier. Another visit there ... only in an emergency!

War heute wieder dort um für mich und meine Frau Impfzertikate ausdrucken zu lassen und wurde wie immer freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.Machen dort regelmäßig Antigen und PCR Test und werden immer von der Anmeldung bis zum Test zuvorkommend behandelt. Fahre extra von Essling dorthin. Und lassen wir in dieser verrückten Zeit das Gesundheitspersonal auch einmal lachen.Die beste Apotheke. Schönen Tag noch! I	Igor Savić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Erfahrung gemacht, vorallem bei dem lustigem Herren. Mich irritiert nur, dass hier so viele Damen ohne Arbeitskleidung arbeiten. Sind das Apothekerinnen? Good experience, especially with the funny gentleman. The only thing that irritates me is that so many women work here without work clothes. Are they pharmacists?
C	Christoph Engerth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als produktive Kritik gedacht, damit Sie sich verbessern können, falls Sie das wollen: Wenn ich eine Apotheke besuche, möchte ich mein Anliegen oder meine Beschwerden nicht quer durch den Raum rufen - ich würde davon ausgehen, dass dies einer Apothekerin bewusst ist. Daher sollten Sie mich auch nicht ungeduldig und laut dazu auffordern, wenn ich noch 3 Meter von Ihnen entfernt den angegebenen Sicherheitsabstand zum Vordermann einhalte! Das ist eher taktlos! Ein Gruß, Bitte und Danke wären schön, und eigentlich zu erwarten - vor allem auch als Antwort wenn ich Sie grüße - leider nicht passiert. Das ist unhöflich! Das was ich dringend und akut brauchte hatten Sie nicht auf Lager - es wäre hilfreich gewesen, mir auf meine Frage, ob es Ihnen ausgegangen oder das generell kein Lagerartikel ist bzw. ob Sie glauben, dass ich es woanders bekommen kann, eine nützliche Antwort zu geben und mir dadurch vielleicht Wege erspart. Das war nicht hilfsbereit! Ich glaube das geht viel besser - hab ich dann auch gleich bei der nächsten Apotheke gesehen! A greeting, please and thank you would be nice, and actually to be expected - especially as an answer when I greet you - unfortunately not happened. That's impolite!
