C	Christian Stroblmayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am Samstag den 07.08.2021 gegen 15:00 dort und wollte mich für einenAntigenttest einen Termin ausmachen da in der Tiefgarage an der Türe zum testen stand was man was machen muss. O ging ich mit meinen Sohn rauf. Wo ich mich anmelden wollte Da stand ein netter Herr der mir sagte das was heute sowieso nicht geht und ich gefälligst früher kommen sollte weil die auch nicht immer da sind (Aber mit welchen ton er das sagte!!!!) Da wusste ich das ich hier sicher nicht .einkaufen werde auch werde ich sicherlich nicht nochmal da hingehen. So etwas gehört nicht unterstützt!!!!!! Bin dann in eine andere Apotheke gefahren wo ich sehr nett behandelt und bedient wurde wo ich dann auch die noch benötigten Sachen gekauft hatte. I was there on Saturday, August 7th, 2021 around 3:00 p.m. and wanted to make an appointment for an antigen test because in the underground car park at the door to test what you had to do what was written. Oh, I went up with my son. Where I wanted to register There was a nice gentleman who told me what is not possible today and I should kindly come earlier because they are not always there (but with what tone he said that !!!!) Then I knew that I would not be shopping here. I will certainly not go there again. Something like that should not be supported !!!!!! Then I drove to another pharmacy where I was treated and served very nicely, where I also bought the things I needed.
F	Freude am Leben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal ist Freundlich, die Chefitäten ebenso. Über das Personal oder die Apotheke kann man nichts Negatives sagen. Beim Testen funktioniert immer alles Reibungslos. Ich empfehle die Apotheke und die Teststation. The staff is friendly, the bosses as well. You can't say anything negative about the staff or the pharmacy. When testing, everything always works smoothly. I recommend the pharmacy and the test station.

Rücksicht wurde auf die online angemeldeten Personen genommen, ebenso auf meinen Wunsch für einen Rachenabstrich. Ich habe geschätzt wie der Herr Mag. Vigl die Testung dürchgeführt hat, sowie die Geduld und Menschlichkeit die er aufgebracht hat. Danke schön & alles Gute! The experience I made today while testing was positive. A	Alex Schachl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe um 15:40 den Herrn Apotheker nach einer PCR- Testung gefragt. War wohl die falsche Frage! Um diese Zeit wird bei uns nicht mehr getestet, morgen ist auch wieder ein Tag, obwohl kein Mensch in der Apotheke war und 3 Personen untätig heumgestanden sind! Fazit: Um 17:55 in der Rosenwindapotheke sofort und freundlich drangekommen!!! At 3:40 p.m. I asked the pharmacist about a PCR test. Must have been the wrong question! At this time we don't test anymore, tomorrow is another day, although nobody was in the pharmacy and 3 people stood around idly! Conclusion: At 5:55 p.m. in the Rosenwindapotheke, it was my turn immediately and friendly!!!
P	Petra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bei einem älteren Herrn, am Anfang der Woche höflich nachgefragt, ob noch Selbsttests verfügbar sind. Dieser schnauzte mich vor anderen Kunden an, ob ich nicht weiß, das es diese nicht mehr gibt. Ich soll mich gefälligst über die Medien informieren… etc Ich war echt sprachlos und habe kopfschüttelnd die Apotheke verlassen. Mir ist schon klar, das bei manchen die Nerven etwas blank liegen. Trotzdem erwarte ich mir einen höflichen Umgang mit Kunden. I politely asked an older man at the beginning of the week whether self-tests were still available. He snarled at me in front of other customers whether I didn't know that they no longer exist. I should kindly inform myself through the media ... etc I was really speechless and left the pharmacy shaking my head. I already know that some people have nerves on their feet. Nevertheless, I expect to be polite with customers.
