★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich brachte meine Holzkern Uhr zum Batterietausch in die Filiale. Nach 14 Tagen fragte ich nach was mit der Uhr ist, da sich niemand meldete. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Zahlen vom Ziffernblatt abgefallen sind. Das war aber definitiv nicht als sie zum Batterietausch in die Filiale gebracht wurde.
Nach einem Monat bekam ich eine falsche Uhr mit anscheinend kaputten Uhrwerk zurück. Das Uhrband war viel zu kurz für meine Hand und es war verkehrt montiert. Ich habe 140€ Schaden, für den niemand aufkommt da sie zum Abgleich eine Seriennummer brauchen. Bei Holzkern Uhren gibt es aber keine Seriennummer!!! Dann habe ich eine Handynummer bekommen wo die Uhren repariert werden. In der Steiermark Mega unprofessionell. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Auf den Kunden wird im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes“ ges........“.
 I brought my Holzkern watch to the store to have the batteries replaced. After 14 days I asked what was wrong with the watch because nobody answered. I was told the numbers fell off the clock face. But that was definitely not when she was brought to the store to have the battery replaced.
After a month I got a wrong watch back with what appeared to be a broken movement. The watch strap was way too short for my hand and it was mounted the wrong way round. I have 140 € damage for which nobody pays because you need a serial number to compare. However, there is no serial number for Holzkern watches! Then I got a cell phone number where the clocks were repaired. Mega unprofessional in Styria. Absolutely not recommendable. The customer is literally "Ges ........".
