Preis für ein Frühstück finde ich eher hochpreisig was preis/leistung/auge angeht aber so ist das halt in einem großen kaufhaus wie der varena. Kaffee schmeckt gut! I find the cafe average, some waiters try more others less. Price for a breakfast I think rather high priced what price / performance / eye is concerned but that's just in a large department store like the varena. Coffee tastes good!

Habe gesehen, daß ein Tisch nicht direkt nachdem die Gäste gegangen sind abgeräumt wurde, als dieser Tisch dann abgeräumt wurde, hat die Mitarbeiterin nur lapidar über den Tisch gewischt. Gerade in Zeiten wie diesen, sollte Hygiene eine außerordentliche Rolle spielen in der Gastronomie. Man weiß als Gast nicht wer vor einem am Tisch saß, ob der Gast genießt hat oder evtl in die Hand gehustet und dann den Tisch angefasst hat. Wäre der Tisch vernünftig desinfiziert worden, hätte ich mir diesen Kommentar gespart, doch gerade jetzt und gerade von der Gastronomie erwarte ich ein gewisses Maß an Hygiene, welche dort eh groß geschrieben gehört. Der Kaffee war dennoch ausgezeichnet, doch aufgrund der gesehenen Tatsache das die Hygiene nicht allzu Ernst genommen wird, überlege ich mir nun 2 mal dort hinzugehen. I was there with my wife today. Have seen that a table was not cleared immediately after the guests left, when this table was then cleared, the employee only wiped across the table. Especially in times like these, hygiene should play an extraordinary role in gastronomy. As a guest, you do not know who was sitting at the table in front of you, whether the guest was enjoying or coughing in his hand and then touching the table. If the table had been properly disinfected, I would have saved myself this comment, but right now and especially from the catering trade, I expect a certain level of hygiene, which is very important there anyway. The coffee was still excellent, but due to the fact that hygiene is not taken too seriously, I now consider going there twice.

Von der Cremeschnitte bin ich doch tatsächlich enttäuscht, Geschmacklich war das schnittchen sehr gut aber sie größe passt absolut nicht zu dem Preis! Fast service! The coffee, however, is anything but good. !! I'm actually disappointed with the cream slice, the taste of the slice was very good, but the size doesn't match the price at all!

Das Vanilleeis im Eisbecher hatte deutliche Wassereiseinschlüsse - da stimmt die Kühlkette nicht bzw. das Eis ist schon etwas älter … Das darf nicht passieren. Zwar zügige Bedienung, irgendwie machte das Café einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Tische wurden nicht vernünftig nach Verlassen der Gäste sogleich abgeräumt und erst nach einiger Zeit abgewischt, Stühle mit Krümeln. Insgesamt machte das Café keinen einladenden Eindruck. Schade. Unfortunately not so good. The vanilla ice cream in the sundae had clear water ice inclusions - the cold chain is wrong or the ice cream is a bit older ... That shouldn't happen. Fast service, somehow the café made a dingy impression. Tables were not properly cleared immediately after the guests left and only wiped after some time, chairs with crumbs. Overall, the café did not make an inviting impression. Too bad.
