The hairdresser in the Shopping Varena is on the first floor in the corner. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good.

Leider ließ mich mein 4 Monate alter Sohn nicht pünktlich wegfahren. Ich gab telefonisch Bescheid, dass ich mich ca. 10-15 Minuten verspäten würde. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt: danke fürs Bescheid geben. Als ich 13 Minuten zu spät im Salon eintraf und anbot auf Föhnen zu verzichten um die Verspätung gut zu machen wurde ich weggeschickt mit dem Kommentar: Sie sind zu spät, wir haben andere Kunden, tut uns leid. - Ja, mir auch. Vor allem tut mir leid, dass ich in den letzten 10 Monaten einiges an Geld in diesem Salon gelassen habe, stets begleitet von stolzem Trinkgeld. Mich haben Sie jedenfalls als Kundin verloren. I had an appointment for which I had specially organized a babysitter and drove from Gmunden to Vöcklabruck. Unfortunately, my 4 month old son did not let me leave on time. I told them by phone that I would be about 10-15 minutes late. On the phone I was told: thank you for letting me know. When I arrived at the salon 13 minutes late and offered to refrain from blow-drying to make up for the delay, I was sent away with the comment: You are too late, we have other customers, we are sorry. - Yes, me too. P	Pia Härtelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein 5jähriger Sohn war zum dritten Mal zum Haare schneiden da. Jedes Mal sieht er aus wie von Mäusen abgefressen. Das Deckhaar ist viel zu kurz, die Ohren zu weit ausgeschnittenen. Von einem ordentlichen, modischen Jungen- oder Herrenhaarschnitt hat Headwork keine Ahnung. Da wird ohne Gefühl und Ästhetik rumgefuhrwerkt. Nie wieder. My 5 year old son had his hair cut for the third time. Every time he looks eaten by mice. The top coat is much too short, the ears are cut too far. Headwork has no idea about a neat, fashionable haircut for boys or men. They drive around without feeling and aesthetics. Never again.

M	Michael R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for mid-morning as I needed a haircut and did not want a salon. I arrived 10 minutes early and they took me right away. Though my German is very poor, Jasmine, my barber was able to understand the type of haircut I wanted (her English is MUCH better than my German.) She did an excellent job. I can recommend this barber shop/salon for haircuts, though I would recommend an appointment as they can get very busy.
