Und der Chef, Herr heinke ist wirklich ein toller Mensch mit dem man wirklich reden kann. I think the pharmacy really great ... all staff are always friendly and helpful .... I would recommend to any pharmacy .... And the boss, Mr. heinke is really a great person with whom you can really talk.
B	Bate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die beste Apotheke in Vöcklabruck. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Sie haben für jedes Medizinisches Problem eine Lösung parat und man wird äußerst freundlich bedient, was leider in einigen anderen Apotheken bei weitem nicht der Fall ist. Ich kann nur jedem diese Apotheke empfehlen. The best pharmacy in Vöcklabruck. The staff are really very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a solution for every medical problem and they serve extremely friendly, which is unfortunately not the case in some other pharmacies. I can only recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Nachtnotdienst war an diesem Tag leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wir mussten 15 Minuten warten, bis jemand kam. Selbstverständlich kann etwas dazwischen kommen, aber das war schon ziemlich lange! Wir dachten die Glocke sei defekt! Unser Einjähriges hatte starke Zahnschmerzen und wir benötigten dringend Hilfe. Leider wurde ich dann auch noch schlecht beraten wie ich in meiner sehr kompetenten Hausapoteke erfahren musste, denn zum nicht lieferbaren Dentinox hätte es eine bessere Alternative gegeben. Dann wurde auch noch Bargeld verlangt, in Pandemiezeiten, wo jeder Verkäufer sich wünscht, der Kunde bezahlt mit Karte. Hilfsbereitschaft sollte in der Branche oberste Priorität haben und davon hatte ich von diesem Herren, an diesem Abend, nichts gemerkt! We thought the bell was broken! Our one year old had severe toothache and we urgently needed help. Unfortunately, I was then also badly advised, as I found out in my very competent in-house pharmacy, because there would have been a better alternative to the Dentinox that was not available. Then cash was also demanded, in times of pandemic, when every seller wishes the customer to pay by card. Helpfulness should have top priority in the industry and I hadn't noticed anything from this gentleman that evening!
