★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localised really near old town - good point when You want to see many beautifull Vienna streets. No mess, clean rooms and bathroom. Parking available in underground of building.
In my apartment (#1) the main (entered door) has a big whole between door & floor = every noise from "lobby" can be heard when You are in apartment.
Sink & kitchen with induction hob is common for whole apartments. In rooms are microwave, fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle.
If lack of place to work and only above equipment inside room is not a problem for You this is a great place to stay in Vienna :)
