very central located apartment with a modern design.

Nice and beautiful place. Well located. Ver quiet neighbour. Not enough place for 6 pax, bit it was ok for us. Very recommended

just readig a latest comment from Stephanie, I would say hotel staff did not have a basic hospitality measures. response says, read terms and conditions.. what an awful response it is.

We booked this appartment online, and when we called Mrs. Christine Weiss, the contact person, she told me it's already been booked and checked in by another person. And she said it's impossible for me to make the booking when there were already someone who booked it. Which I checked the confirmation email again and it's the correct dates. I asked her if she could help us with this, and she said she couldn't because her boss was in a meeting blah blah blah. We were holding our luggages, tired and frustrated. Walked back to the train station and looked for another hotel. The next day, I called Mrs. Christine Weiss again asked if we could check in today, and once she knew that's me calling again, she was already saying she couldn't help me, and I should write my complaint through email. And her boss is in a meeting AGAIN! And she said we couldn't check in today, and I asked about how we could get the refund, SHE SAID AGAIN SHE COULDN'T HELP ME, YOU SHOULD WRITE AN EMAIL. Blah blah Blah. At the end, she kept saying "I am sorry, I can't help you, okay, ciao." THAT'S IT! This is a very very poor customer service and I am sure if I will ever visit Vienna again, I won't book the apartments of this company again! And for sure I will suggest my friends not to as well. I am so frustrated because we have wasted so much time just trying to deal with this.

Great luxury apartment near the centre of Vienna. Lots of space and good king size beds with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Close to metro and tram lines although is only a 20min walk into city centre. Spent 5 nights here with our two kids in August 2013 and just loved it.

A really nice and modern apartment. Located in the center of Vienna. A quiet location. Walking distance to all attractions. Cheap for that what you will get. Every time again!!
