Sie beantwortet keine Fragen - da sie ja telefoniert - und ist genervt, wenn man auf eine Antwort besteht (wenn was unklar ist wegen Preis o.ä.). Habe sie gefragt, warum sie so unhöflich ist, worauf sie nur komisch geschaut hat und etwas Unverständliches von sich gab, war aber bestimmt nix Nettes! Diese Trafik lasse ich ab jetzt aus! Da gehe ich lieber einen kleinen Umweg und kaufe alles, was ich brauche, in der Muthgasse! Die sind nämlich sehr freundlich! ZUSATZ: Da zeitlich nicht anders möglich, habe ich einen Lottoschein am 23.5. um 12.14 aufgegeben. Da dieser Schein schlecht ausgedruckt wurde, kann mir mein Gewinn nicht ausgezahlt werden. Es ist nicht viel, doch geht ums Prinzip - keine Verbesserung seit der letzten Rez...schade! Many a saleswoman in this tobacco shop is constantly using her cell phone, even while she looks after customers. She doesn't answer any questions - because she is on the phone - and is annoyed when you insist on an answer (if something is unclear about the price or the like). I asked her why she is so rude, at which she just looked funny and said something incomprehensible, but it was definitely nothing nice! I skip this tobacco shop from now on! I'd rather take a little detour and buy everything I need in Muthgasse! They are very friendly! ADDITION: Since no other time is possible, I have a lottery ticket on May 23. Abandoned at 12.14. Since this ticket was badly printed out, my winnings cannot be paid out to me. It's not much, but it's about the principle - no improvement since the last review ... a shame!

Very large selection of tobacco products and competent advice. The space is much larger since the adjoining flower shop was added.

Nur bei Rush-Hour kann man bisschen warten (max. 3 Leute stehen vor einem). Liegt Tip-Top gleich beim Bahnhof, bei den Busstegen. Die Trafik ist immer schön sauber, Menschlichkeit steht im Vordergrund. Daumen hoch! Very friendly, polite & courteous team! Every question is answered competently for me. You can only wait a bit at rush hour (max. 3 people stand in front of you). Located tip-top right by the train station, by the bus jetties. The tobacconist's tobacco shop is always nice and clean, humanity is paramount. Thumbs up!

Sehr seriös, pfui!!! Ich arbeite hart um mein Geld und ihr? Ich habs heut gesehen wie Ihr euer Geld verdient. Careful, avoid the cigarette machine, didn't get 2 packs of Winston, the saleswoman refused to open the stand, money went away, and everyone can say that. Very serious, ugh !!! I work hard for my money and you? I saw how you made your money today.

Hört auch nicht richtig zu. Habe zum wiederholten Mal die falsche Zigarettenmarke bekommen. Den 2. Stern gibt es nur wegen den restlichen Mitarbeiterinnen. Not recommendable! Unfriendly, constantly grumpy owner. Don't get a smile on your face. With her, you always have the feeling of being annoying as a customer. Don't really listen either. Got the wrong brand of cigarette again. The 2nd star is only given because of the rest of the employees.
