Ein tolles Team (zumindest die Personen welche ich kennenlernen durfte), Reibungslose Abwicklungen, das Team ist stets bemüht und begleiten dich von Anfang bis Schluss). Mit bestem Wissen und Gewissen zum weiterempfehlen. I have been in the real estate industry for 8 years and allow me to make the following statement based on my previous experience. The Isidex Group is definitely one of the most reputable real estate companies in Vienna. A great team (at least the people I got to know), smooth handling, the team is always trying and will accompany you from start to finish. With best knowledge and conscience to recommend.
Y	Yeliz Karahan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also nie wieder ISIDEX! Hatte schon mit vielen Maklern zu tun aber, wenn ich diesen Namen sehe such ich mir was anderes. Ich bin zwar dank Herr Kunej nicht so weit gekommen dass ich die immobilien Firma näher kennenlernen aber wenn alle Mitarbeiter so sind dann ist das auch normal. Hier sucht man die Käufer aus die man den Verkäufer vorlegt obwohl ich das höchste Angebot gemacht habe schriftlich hat Herr Kunej sich für wen anderen entschieden obwohl ich ihm regelrecht angefleht habe dass ich es will. Ich hatte auch sofort am gleichen Tag der Besichtigung Kontakt mit meiner Bank was Herr Kunej auch wusste ich hatte ihm jeden Schritt gesagt was ich mache doch das war ihm einfach egal da er schon von Anfang an wusste dass er mir es nicht verkaufen möchte. Der Verkäufer wusste nichts davon! Nicht einmal der Energieausweis lag vor und der Grundriss war ohne m2 Angabe der Zimmer! Also die Hausaufgaben von Makler wurden nicht ordentlich gemacht. Sehr schlechte Qualität. Bei der Besichtigung war er sehr unsympathisch und nicht zuvorkommend! Man sucht hier anscheinend die Leute aus und möchte kein Geld verdienen. So never again ISIDEX! I've dealt with a lot of brokers, but when I see that name I'm looking for something else. Thanks to Mr. Kunej, I didn't get as far as getting to know the real estate company better, but if all the employees are like that, that's normal. Here you look for the buyers that you submit to the seller, although I made the highest offer in writing, Mr. Kunej decided on someone else, although I literally begged him that I wanted it. I was also in contact with my bank immediately on the same day of the visit, which Mr. Kunej also knew I had told him every step of what I was doing, but he simply didn't care because he knew from the start that he didn't want to sell it to me. The seller knew nothing about it! Not even the energy certificate was available and the floor plan was without m2 indication of the room! So the broker's homework was not done properly. Very bad quality. During the visit he was very unsympathetic and not accommodating! Apparently people are chosen here and don't want to make any money.
H	Herr Karahan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unzufrieden hatten schon mit vielen Maklern zu tun aber Herr Kunej war mit Abstand der schlimmste er hat uns nicht gewollt obwohl wir das höchste Gebot gegeben hatten bei einem Objekt und einer schnellsten waren. Sein Interesse war nicht da zu verkaufen er hat beim ersten Gespräch nur gelacht! Die Fa. Isidex ist wahrscheinlich sehr professionell und Kunden orientiert aber Herr Kunej keinesfalls! Ich hatte ihm angefleht das Haus uns zu verkaufen doch ihm war es egal. Ich hatte ihm auch am nächsten Morgen ein verbindliches Kaufanbot gesendet! Nie mehr diese Fa. Isidex ich werde es Freunden und Kollegen in Wien und Niederösterreich berichten! Very dissatisfied had to deal with many brokers but Mr. Kunej was by far the worst he didn't want us even though we had given the highest bid for a property and were the fastest. He wasn't interested in selling, he just laughed at the first conversation! The Isidex company is probably very professional and customer-oriented, but Mr. Kunej is not! I begged him to sell the house to us but he didn't care. I had also sent him a binding purchase offer the next morning! Never again this Isidex company, I will tell friends and colleagues in Vienna and Lower Austria!

Die Fa. ansich ist sicherlich professionell doch mit solchen Mitarbeiter verliert man viel Geld. Er hat uns sehr ungerecht behandelt und konnte mir keine näheren Infos zum Objekt mitteilen. Obwohl man das höchste Gebot gibt und bettelt damit man zu einem KV kommt, werden die Käufer hier wohl ausgesucht. Lieber auf ein anderes Objekt schauen wenn man diesen Namen liest! Unfortunately ISIDEX one is to such people as Mr. Kunej by the company. Rely on a plot purchase! Messrs. Ansich is certainly professionally but with such employees to lose a lot of money.
