Wollte die Jeanhose auf eine Nummer kleiner umtauschen logisch innerhalb der Frist (vorhandene Rechnung, Ersatzknopf, abgetrenntes Preisschild etc alles noch im original vorhanden) dennoch wurde mir gesagt das dies nicht geht weil ich diese Hose kurz anhatte für 3 min ! am Heimweg und mir die Preisschilder sogar vor Ort noch entfernt wurden. quasi gleich zum probieren. Zuhause angekommen, fühlte ich mich doch unwohl und wollte dann eine Nummer kleiner. Wurde mir bei erneuten betreten des Geschäfts gesagt von einem anderen supervisor nein geht nicht mehr retour da diese getragen wurde! ich mein hallo? wenn es 30 leute vor mir in der kabine anprobieren wurde diese ja auch schon getragen. Ich wollte ja kein Geld od sonst was retour sondern nur eine Nummer kleiner ! (Hose im top zustand und wie gesagt keine 5 min angehabt) Bei keinem Geschäft im ersten Bezirk habe ich soetwas bis dato erlebt außer hier. Frechheit, Nie wieder ! Nur noch online bei dieser Marke bestellen. Never again ! Craziness! I wanted to exchange the jeans for a size smaller, logically within the deadline (existing invoice, replacement button, detached price tag, etc. everything is still in the original) but I was told that this was not possible because I wore these pants for 3 minutes! on the way home and the price tags were even removed on the spot. almost immediately to try. When I got home, I felt uncomfortable and then wanted a size smaller. When I re-entered the shop I was told by another supervisor no, it cannot be returned because it had been worn! I mean hello? if 30 people try it on in the changing room before me, they've already been worn. I didn't want any money or anything else back, just a size smaller! (Pants in excellent condition and, as I said, were worn less than 5 minutes) I have never experienced anything like this in any shop in the first district, except here. Cheat, never again! Only order online from this brand.

Leider waren wir heute mit der Beratung nicht zufrieden- die Verkäuferin war zwar freundlich, kam aber einfach nicht in die Gänge Als ich in der Kabine war - bevorzugte sie es, sich mit den Security‘s am Eingang zu unterhalten - es wurde nicht nachgefragt ob die Größe oder der Schnitt passt- da es sich hier nicht um einen Billigladen handelt, geht man davon aus eine kompetenten Beratung zu erhalten .Sehr schade -hätten gerne mehr gekauft We love the store in Vienna.
