★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. You have to be lucky to get what you ordered within regular delivery times. I was lucky once. Another time I rather cancelled my order since I refused to wait for more than 2 weeks for my delivery. Last time, I ordered specifically only the goods that were supposed to be on the warehouse ready to be sent. However, I am waiting for almost 2 weeks again. And the respond form the customer service?! The goods might not be available on the warehouse. They do not even know, they just try to calm you down. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with, the refund policy & customer service/support of Alza shop is magnificent. I have sent an email related to returning a product on Sunday and they replied in instant. Their in-store pickups, they are unique for this. The delivery service is fast but it can be better with the packaging. I have ordered a case and it arrived two days after. The box was a little bit damaged from the outside but everything inside was perfectly fine. Overall my review is positive for their delivery option. Regarding the fact that if someone wants to buy all the PC components from here, it would be great if Alza shop consider a separate packaging so that everything comes in one/two box(es). One which is the case itself & the other which comes all the components. As a person who has started buying all the Pc components from Alza shop, it would have been better if they could add more diversity to their Rams and Power supplies ( up to 850w ) in their website. Such as , more variety of Adata XPG rams. Also, Asus rog/thor PSUs would be a great option if they add them to their online shop. Their website and product description is perfect & all the information you need for a product is on hand. I sincerely thank the Alza team for their support. You’re awesome ?

After reading several negative reviews, I was in doubt if I should order. However, received my gaming headphones without any issues 1 day after ordering (I assume it was send from the Austrian affiliate, which is also located in Vienna). Emails seemed a bit dubious (not very well articulated), but don't let that fool you. Will order again if it comes up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop ever! It cancels my order for Graphic Cards without sending me an email, or giving me a notification. They are not reliable shop and I don’t recommend buying there… Their product managers are the worst. Customer relations is one big zero.
