Le falta cosas básicas como estropajo o jabon de baño. Un tostador, pelador o escurridor. Solo un paño de cocina y una balleta para todo. Para desayunar ok pero para algo mas... No es cómoda. El agua si no tienes cuidado en la bañera se sale por todos lados. Llena de hormigas si dejas una simple miga en el suelo por eso ni azúcar, ni sal ni nada básico dejan. Apenas jabon de fregaplatos, y solo una bolsa de basura para 4 días. La televisión no funcionaba bien. Pequeño para una familia de 4. Sin buena luz... Es muy sombrío. Planta baja al ras de la calle Cercano al centro y con una parada de metro a pocos metros y a 13min la estación de trenes. Supermercados alrededor como Spar, Billa o Hofer (Aldi). Mas hacia el centro por favoritenstrabe Lidl y dm. No se cuida de que este bien todo y funcionando pues es simple fumigar o tener lo básico en el piso. La limpieza del piso de las fundas horrorizados. Telarañas por todos lados. Creo que si dejo un billete de 50€ en algún lugar lógico de estar limpio ni se darían cuenta en años. L'unico neo è stato che è dotato di piccole finestre alte, apribili solo con la ribalta e non consentivano un adeguato ricambio d'aria in un periodo veramente caldo. Inoltre il pavimento dell'entrata e del wc era caldo come se funzionasse il riscaldamento a pavimento in pieno agosto e questo aggravava la situazione. Well maintained and clean apartment. There are several places to eat and shop for food in the nearby. The city center is at approx 10 min walk + 4 min by metro.
