m	martin webb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable, friendly hotel. Right in the centre of Salzburg, close to everything to do! Staff helpful, only thing to mention is our room got very warm and we couldn't find anyway to control the heat, bar keeping the window open. But that's a personal thing. Overall really good stay.

Paid parking, 17 Euro / day a 5 minute walk away. I would stay here again! Hospitality was great and breakfast was good (not included in room price).
P	Peter Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is conveniently located and the room is tidy and neat. The breakfast offers a variety of meat, bread and vegetables, all taste pretty good. The hotel has only one tiny elevator and it doesn't reach the fifth floor, the top floor. You have to carry your luggage and climb a flight of stairs to get there when checking in.
A	Alexander Antonov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in the very center of old city. It is super convinient - you will need like 5 minutes to get to the main touristic places. Cathedral, castle, Mozart square, Residence square, Rathaus, Mozart birthplace - all are just around the corner. Same to restaurans, you can find austrian, italian, mexican, polish, chinese restaurants around ... well... another corner :) Hotel provides very good breakfast. The room is extraordinary big (mine was number 10), I didn't expect it. Everything is very clean. Shower is very comfortable. Bathroom has floor heating. Staff is very friendly. The room has a tea pot, two cups and two glasses, also a fridge - very handy. I wouldn't say I disliked something. The usage of a glass wall to separate bathroom is quite questionable: it looks nice, i don't mind it, however, if somebody uses bathroom at night, light can wake you up. However it is not big issue, I don't understand why some people are so mad about it.
B	Brian ZP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a comfort double during my stay here. The rooms are well appointed (boutique style) and clean. They appear to be recently renovated. Service is good and location just off old town. There's a nice restaurant sto beno just 1 min away that has decent pasta

Staff friendly. Breakfast is extra but plentiful. Close to tram stop. Centrally located in the old town, easy walking distance to everything. Will definitely keep coming back.

From the moment we stepped into the reception area we were very well looked after. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the bedroom was more than adequate. Outstanding experience.
A	A R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, fan in the room is a bonus since it is warm out. The bed was not bad compared to normal European beds. Staff is super friendly, I made a reservation for my pet, the staff had a blanket, water bowl and toy in our room upon check in. Parking garage is not too far. We were able to drop out luggage off at the hotel and then go park the car nearby.
