★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location to relax while watching Alps at sauna area. Every Sunday child can go to Sauna area with parent, so we enjoyed whole family. Each places has max limit of the people to enter due to Covid-19 prevention, while you may stay max 4 hours. The rules are strict, so risk is low. We will come back again on Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, it is VERY expensive for a few simple pools where the water is not hot enough, there are way to many people, towels or even shower gel are not included, and it is very badly explained what is and what is not included (we had to pay extra for the solarium, it is written no where and no one told us that) and employees at the entrance are rude. Would not consider this a thermal and relaxing place but rather a public pool (a very expensive one). To avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two recommendations to convert Alpentherme into a relaxation oasis: 1) water temperature increased to 35 degrees Celsius; 2) limit access of children in the Multimedia Dome, so it can offer to the guests a quiet area; now it is noisy, children screaming and jumping in the water, which is a very unpleasant experience. You cannot hear the voices in the projected movies...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame, 33 euros for this non sense: you will have access to a lukewarm swimming pool. Most of the equipment is said to be free...but wait for the checkout (yes there is a checkout), the fine might be a little bit higher... You'll find the same offer for 5 euros anywhere else in Europe !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we visites the large outdoor natural pool was still closed, but everything else had reopened. Sauna, relax and family world are all worth a visit. I recommend having a look on the maps as it is easy to overlook pools, saunas etc that are tucked away! Finally, weekdays are much quieter than weekends.
