K	Karin Allneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Zentrum von Bad Hofgastein (kostenlose Parkplätze ca 5 Min Fussweg, gebührenpflichtig direkt davor) bin öfters dort weil durchgehend Küche geboten wird und ich oft erst im Laufe des Nachmittags ankomme. Cordon Bleu und Grillteller sind meine Lieblingsgerichte dort. Kellner ist immer freundlich und bemüht dass alles passt. Kleiner Gastgarten mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Für die Einrichtung und die Atmosphäre würde ich nur 3 Sterne geben, für meinen Geschmack zu kühl, zweckmässig. Mir fehlen so die liebevollen Details, die ein Lokal gemütlich machen. In the center of Bad Hofgastein (free parking about 5 minutes walk, to charges in front of it) am often there because throughout cuisine is served and I often arrive until later in the afternoon. Cordon bleu and grilled dishes are my favorite dishes there. Waiter is always friendly and eager that everything fits. Small garden with a beautiful view of the mountains. For the decor and atmosphere I would give only 3 stars, too cool for my taste, practical. so I lack the loving details that make a place cozy.

Mitarbeiter respektlos gegenüber Kunden, aber vor allem gegenüber deren Kollegen, was die Atmosphäre stark verschlechtert. Food is very expensive, but extremely mediocre. Staff disrespectful to customers but especially to their colleagues which greatly degrades the atmosphere.
k	klaus Kotrschal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist mir immer wieder schleierhaft wie eine Küche in einer Therme wo täglich viele Leute kommen und auch essen gehen so schlecht sein kann, wir waren schon oft hier es war nie wirklich gut doch heute war es mit Abstand das mieseste Essen das wir je gegessen haben. Ein Cordon bleu aus dem Plastiksack, lieblos auf den Teller geschmissen ein Schöpfer Ketchup daneben. Meine Frau hat Puten Wok Gemüse bestellt es war ein undeffinierbares Durcheinander aus Spagetti, Gemüse und roter Sauce,mit Wok hatte dies nichts zu tun. Bekannte bestellten einen Schweinebraten, hat ausgesehen wie Burgunder raten. Beim nächsten Besuch werden wir eine Jause mitnehmen, schade, da wir uns neben dem Schwimmen und relaxen auch auf einen Restaurantbesuch freuen. It's always a mystery to me how a kitchen in a thermal bath where many people come and eat out every day can be so bad, we've been here many times it was never really good but today it was by far the worst food we've ever eaten . A cordon bleu from the plastic bag, carelessly thrown onto the plate with a scoop of ketchup next to it. My wife ordered turkey wok vegetables, it was an indefinable mess of spaghetti, vegetables and red sauce, it had nothing to do with wok. Acquaintances ordered a roast pork, looked like burgundy guess. Next time we visit we will take a snack with us, which is a pity because we are looking forward to going to a restaurant in addition to swimming and relaxing.

Wir haben nur dort wieder gegessen, da es keine andere Möglichkeit bei einem Thermenbesuch gibt. Für uns ein Grund das nächste Mal eine andere Therme zu besuchen. Schade... The food is an impertinence, all finished products and carelessly prepared. In a thermal bath I would have expected more. We only ate there again because there was no other option when visiting the thermal baths. A reason for us to visit another thermal bath next time. Pity...

Sehr negativ ist aber die Organisation und Motivation der Mitarbeiter anzusprechen. Zur Mittagszeit herrscht Chaos und zwar für einige Stunden. Thermal restaurant with some good dishes, but also many ready meals. However, the organization and motivation of the employees is very negative. At lunchtime, chaos reigns for a few hours.
