A	Al Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second visit to this fantastic Hotel and it will not be our last. Located just up from the centre of Dorfgastein, the Hotel offers a number of super rooms across three floors, all served by list and stairs. The family run Hotel features superbly attentive helpful and courteous staff, wonderful rooms with balconies overlooking the valley and or mountain and the location is perfect for access to the nearby swimming pool or chairlifts. Having spent over 30 years travelling the world staying in countless Hotels, one of my minor niggles is basic housekeeping that is missed – inevitably this involves something simple like soap dispensers not being refilled for example. Coincidentally my soap dispenser emptied on the evening of Day 1 and, without prompting, a new dispenser was installed the following morning. For sure, it’s not major but it really does differentiate attention to detail from others. The highlights of this Hotel also include fantastic breakfast buffet complimenting the some of the best A la Carte dining we’ve seen (and also at very reasonable pricing). A great hotel, great location and great service – couldn’t ask for more.

This family will give you evertything to make you feel like a tourist at no time. It's also important to mention that the hotel ist located just a few meters from the ski resort, which gives a special experience if you want a beautiful view of the ski resort. Hospitality, cleanliness, food and everything else at a very enviable level for a family hotel that can pair with 5 stars hotels. Of course, language is not a barrier for this super family, they learnd a little from everything. P.S. We are comming again next year.
