Very good and child friendly hotel. Can do many things with children.

Exceptional family hotel, amazing for kids and adults. Kids can enjoy: - indoor pool including slides and water entertainment for babies, - indoor playing area with climbing walls, jungle gym, drawing corner and full-day supervision (well, this last point is actually the plus point for adults :) - ski bus taking kids to the ski school and back to the hotel, also for the lunch break, - various activities every evening (cinema, theater, magician, handicraft, kids pool party, etc.) Adults can enjoy: - full-day kids supervision, which kids usually also enjoy themselves from certain age, - delicious cuisine.The dinners are exquisite, served a-la-carte, which is unusual for all-inclusive hotels, - various wellness offers: whirlpool, massage, hot/cold/grass saunas, etc. - from winter 2019: outdoor rooftop pool - feels absolutely luxurious, - in summary, adults can really relax even if they travel with kids :) Equally for kids and adults: - the skiing area is one of the highest, so even if there is no snow somewhere else, you'll have snow in this area, - you have a choice of cosy skiing in Galltür (3 min by ski bus) or endless mountains in Ischgl, skiing in Austria and Switzerland (15 min by ski bus), - family-run hotel with friendly staff and family atmosphere. The review is based on 8 years of experience and we've just booked our 9th stay there.

Last summer, we stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We were thrilled to get an apartment upgrade as soon as we arrived, without even asking. We put the kids in the kids club for 3 days from 10 till 7. They were pleased with the wide range of activities they have done there and wished we stayed more. The food in the restaurant was delicious and there was always plenty of choice whether it was at the breakfast buffet, lunch or dinner. We enjoyed going for long walks and hiring their free bikes to explore 3 of the many amazing tourist routes in the area. Oh, and they have a beautiful, very relaxing spa, quite big, for such a small hotel. Fantastic value for money! Will go there again sometimes.

In general it was a pleasant stay, we liked a lot of what hotel offered to us. Although, there were some flaws, that didn't allow to set 5 star rating: 1. There were no rug under entrance door in our room. I asked for one, but there were none, so I was given a towel. Better than nothing, but not quite same. 2. On the first day we were given a table right under air conditioning, so it was very cold and unpleasant. 3. I signed my kids to the ski school, payed for the trainings, but I was not told, that I also need to order ski pass. After first day in school I was told to buy one, but reception accepts cash only to pay for it, I had to find ATM and pay with cash. 4. Child care for kids from 2.5 to 10 years is boring, my 8 years kid was disappointed. Ski school was interesting though.

We stayed for our get away weekend, was looking forward to book this hotel for the up coming kid's Sportferien. But to our great disappointment, the hotel room was very shabby, small shower and broken shower head, the most unbearable thing is the food, dinner was not good at all for both night, tough meat and boring dessert. The breakfast in the morning has very poor services, no one come to offer you coffee or tea. Our kids want to have hot chocolate and the coffee machine provided very terrible one. Lunch choices were very poor, not appetising at all. Flies buzzing around all time, smoke of cigarette drifted from outside into the restaurant frequently. The wellness were small and simple, showed on the programme it opens at 15:00, but when we got there everything was still cold, we have to wait for about an hour for everything probably heated up. Not very professional. Only good thing is the kids club. Stuffs were very friendly and programmes are attractive to our kids. Newly opened indoor park was great too but half of the machine you have to pay which means to buy the token from somewhere. I would not recommend this hotel, we have stayed a few of the kinderhotels, this is probably the worst. At the end we didn't book anything further with them too.

The food is really good. Almost all the stuff also. I put 3 stars because the pool for babies was too cold, my 6 months old baby doesn't like it because she was cold. And also the adults pool that it's inside is cold. And you can't use the mini club between 14 to 16 hs because they go out. (if you don't want that your baby go out all this hours)

Outstanding, friendly service with a positive, engaged attitude towards children, going the extra mile to make the stay as pleasant as possible (taking care of a disturbed child so that parents can finish their meal - priceless!). Very good location (ski bus stop just next to the hotel, a choice of hiking/strolling/cross-country skiing paths right outside the hotel, sports service across the street). Wide choice offered at meals, really flexible childcare facilities, and plenty of spa/swimming options in-house for both kids and parents are additional highlights. Highly recommended!

Great place, we really enjoyed it. Our 2 year old had a lot of fun in the kids club. There were a lot of activities and the ladies there very nice and flexible. Food is really good. The spa and pool area is very spaciuos and clean. I attended pilates classes and they were adjusted to our level. The hotel provides strollers, bikes, tricicles etc. The area is amazing, a lot of routes for biking and hiking wit various difficulty levels. The price is totally worth the service. We will come back.
