I can't explain how disappointed I am with the staff and the front desk manager right now. It has been only a few hours. We wanted to make our stay in Vienna rememberable so we booked their best room for a premium (Sweet 1). We were especially excited about their Terrace and Jacuzzi Bath tubs that were boasted about throughout their own website. Sadly when we arrived, travel weary, we found out that our tub jacuzzi feature was broken AND the terrace was perminately close with no reason given. We first approached an older gentleman who checked us in and we're disappointed with his 'I don't care' attitude and his repeated interruptions saying to wait for the front desk manager in an hour. When the front desk manager arrived I explained the situation and for the first time in my life asked for some sort of compensation for the false advertising that we paid extra for. In a 'sing-song' attitude she told me she could not provide any compensation besides an apology. I'm honestly awestruck that this hole can even be labeled 4-star. The closet sized rooms are t worth the price with so many missing amenities. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. EDIT: and it got even worse as time went by. The 'superior bed' that was supposed to be in our room was nothing more than 2 twins pushed together. The feather pillow provided zero support. The inside of the shower was nothing more than moldy drywall. The skylight leaked water. The wooden floor is horribly scratched. Everything in the room is either broken, not as advertised or old and worn. When we went down to their breakfast we were asked what room we were in like we weren't supposed to be there (likely because we are 20 years younger than most of their guests) while other patrons weren't asked whatsoever. I'm baffled at how this dump is even considered a 4 star. Any 3 star big hotel is 1000 times better. Worst stay we have ever had in Europe.

Great location, but that's it... This place is definitely not 4 stars and honestly willing to bet they post their own reviews on most sites to have the ratings they do. Ignore the anonymous reviews that anyone can post, read the lower reviews on places like Google and you will see a reoccurring theme of same comments. The only reason they get two stars is because of the location. But there is nothing 'boutique' about it... Tiny rooms with old dingy smelling industrial carpet and extremely moldy smelling shower which clearly hasn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Tiny beds pushed together that easily come apart, and dont bother to look under the comforter covers or you will realize these have been cleaned even less frequently than the showers. Good luck with the tiny hard towels that they give you too. And keep in mind you will hear every door and shower and neighbor at night, almost like a mini construction zone. Breakfast is free, so you get what you pay for. Remember that when you read the reviews raving about their breakfast, this is from the hostel crowd who is just happy to not pay for a meal. I'm not sure what earned this place their four stars, but this is one step above a two star hostel, at best.

Friendly staff but rooms r quite small. Our room had a completely separate toilet with no immediate access to shower and sink which was a bit inconvenient. The natural soap was a nice idea....but didn’t clean well at all.

I stayed in this Hotel for one week, for both work and tourism reasons. I previously booked with another hotel to then realize that they didn't have the bathroom in the room (unbelievable for the price I payed). Once I realized that, I immediately booked another hotel nearby that it happen to be the Alma Hotel. The location is perfect, very central. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The room was bigger than I expected (and it had the bathroom!!! Yeah!). I give 4 stars because I found the bathroom really small (it looks like I have problems with these things xD).

Staff was friendly, location is amazing. Close to everything and still tucked away in a quite corner. Super clean and modern room. Plenty of space. Great and quite air conditioning. Blackout curtains. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Around the corner from the subway and metro. Only downside we're the pillows which were a bit too mushy. They pretty much went flat. Other than that a great and affordable place to stay.

This hotel has definitely earned his stars. The room we stayed in was quite nice, modern and well maintained. The staff is really sweet. The hotel (not the rooms) may feel a bit small at first but actually, the feeling is replaced by coziness. The beds are comfy but if you are used to spoon your partner, one of you would end up in the crack between the two mattresses.

Very disappointed from this “boutique” hotel . Only giving it 2 starts, because of the location and tidiness. The room was clean, but in the shower there were no proper shower walls, instead plain drywall which obviously smelled of mold. If you are allergic or simply hate the smell of it -stay away! Furthermore, the bed was described as double superior , but it was that typical not even motel anymore like ‘ two beds together ‘. The tv was facing the curtains , does not make sense whatsoever. Upon request, we’ve got extra pillows. The ones in the bed were way too soft and clearly not comfortable. Hotel has no parking as described , instead you have to park in a garage that is 10 minutes walking away. The garage is two floors underground and has no elevator ! If you have a luggage you have to take them all the way up; down. The heat was making noise. Breakfast was nothing special, grapes were not properly washed.

The location and breakfast was good. Specially the lady that was providing breakfast was very nice and accommodating us. But other than these, really the price is higher than the service that they provide. The fridge was not working, internet was horrible it was either very slow or no connection at all and no ventilation in bathroom. For the next day we went to another 4 star hotel almost same area and about same price but it provided much better service
