★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars experience from the beginning to the end. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming.. check in was very easy and smooth. Room is amazing, very nice and cleaned ! View from the 15th floor is unforgettable. Definitely staying here again next time in Vienna. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant on rooftop has a beautiful view and the breakfast are good. But be cairful to avoid the weekend because the services are horrible on Saturday and Sunday. I slept there with my husband for 5 days. The hotel is good but definitely not amazing, we missed lots of details (light which is not working, 1 towel for 2 persons, jacuzzi broken…) too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The panorama even from the bed is breathtaking, we loved it. Also the breakfast is perfect. However the ground floor bar was under construction from the 1st night, and we wasn’t notified about it.

I would like say big thank you For Bartender Martin who is very professional with Champagne service His knowledge and friendly attitude its a bonus for people who like to drink a bubbles and don't know how to start once more fully recommended and definitely will come back. Thank you all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the view from our suite. Comfortable bed and the highlight is a bathtub. Extremely romantic.
The spa opens at 12:30, it’s a pity. Would prefer to be able to use sauna in the morning.
Staff is very friendly.
We also enjoyed a coffee machine in the room, since we travel a lot and surprisingly not all 4 or 5 star hotels do have a coffee machine in the room.
