Und wen ich was nicht weiss kann ich jederzeit dort hin und Fragen ohne Gebühren. Very nice business top employees everything was transferred 1 to 1 from old to new without problems. They also have a very large selection of mobile phone accessories. And if I don't know what, I can go there at any time and ask questions without fees.

Sehr kompetente Beratung man kann dort alle Preise von den Anbietern vergleichen und dort direkt ohne Probleme Anbieter wechseln man braucht sich um nichts mehr kümmern. Die haben alle Anbieter dort A1, 3, Magenta (T-mobile), Telefon. Very nice shop. D	Daniela Wögerbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen. War mit einer Reparatur dort. Es hat 2 Monate gedauert, obwohl die eigentliche Reparatur dann in 3 Tagen erledigt war. Der 1. Mitarbeiter hat es vergessen (lag 2 Wochen nur im Geschäft), der 2. hat es auch wieder nicht eingeschickt (nachdem ich angerufen habe). War ein ziemliches Theater. Unfreundliches unkompetentes Personal, das die Kunden beschimpft. Absolut keine Empfehlung! Unfortunately not to be recommended. Was there with a repair. It took 2 months, although the actual repair was done in 3 days. The 1st employee forgot it (was only in the shop for 2 weeks), the 2nd didn't send it in again (after I called). It was quite a theater. Unfriendly incompetent staff who abuse customers. Absolutely no recommendation!

Gestern leider überhaupt keine gute Beratung !!!! Der Verkäufer gelangweilt,unhöflich und inkompetent. Hatte ja gehofft Hr.Marcel würde im Geschäft sein. Leider nur sein Kollege. Und der wäre besser in einem Beruf tätig, indem er keinen Kundenkontakt hat !!!!!!! I bought a new cell phone in the shop yesterday. Always had good experiences with telering-now magenta. Yesterday, unfortunately, no good advice at all !!!! The seller was bored, rude and incompetent. Hoping Mr. Marcel would be in business. Unfortunately only his colleague. And he would be better off working in a profession if he had no customer contact !!!!!!!

Ob diese Niederlassung dort ist oder nicht ist also völlig wurscht. Zeitverschwendung ! Einzig das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich und Lösungsorientiert. Mass processing. To repair the damage you are sent to a completely unfriendly Turkish shop. It doesn't matter whether this branch is there or not. Waste of time! Only the on-site staff was very friendly and solution-oriented.
