★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many more established shopping centres in Upper Austria, the max.center appears to have suffered due to the massive expansion of Plus City just 30km away. The expansion at Plus City has not really added to the diversity of products - it is just more of the same. But in shopping malls like max.center the range of products has been decreased. It has lost its differentiation factor.
