Im Prinzip genau das Gegenteil vom A1 Shop im MaxCenter Wels wo man für die Verkäufer nur eine Nummer ist und nicht mehr! Very friendly, customer-oriented, helpful. Ms. Gahleitner the best A1 saleswoman I have ever had - competent ... Just great, keep it up! Zuerst wurde uns gesagt, eine Rechnung von Ende 2020 könnte nicht aufgerufen werden (Firmenhandy), danach aber plötzlich doch. Handy wurde anstelle von 3-4 Wochen nach über 7 Wochen unrepariert retourniert. Anstelle einer Reinigung vom Lautsprecher, wär versucht worden, 350 € für einen neuen Display zu kassieren - ein weiterer Apple Partner konnte das 7-Wochen-Problem in 3 min erledigen, ohne Kostenaufwand (8 Monate altes Gerät!). Ausgekannt, wann das Gerät wo wäre, hat sich niemand und es wurde erwartet, selber Kontakt mit der Reparaturfirma aufzunehmen, welche das Gerät wieder an einen Externen versendet haben. Sehr ähnliche Probleme bei einem weiteren Firmenhandy vor 3-4 Monaten. Enttäuschender Service, wir werden die nächsten Geräte woanders kaufen.
