Werde dort nie wieder einkaufen!!! After 5 days I brought back an unused watch because my mother didn't like it so they said they would only give me a credit and it was common everywhere that no money was refunded, told her that it was nonsense! Will never shop there again !!!

Das Sortiment finde ich super da für jeden etwas dabei ist. Bin bis jetzt immer fündig geworden, ob ich Sachen für mich kaufte oder Geschenke. Das Team ist auch sehr freundlich, kompetent, engagiert und immer bemüht das richtige für einen zu finden. Weiter so! kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!!! ??☺️ I've already bought something in the gold box a few times and I'm still VERY satisfied! Great deal, very good advice and the quality is also good. Nach 15 Tagen habe ich angerufen: "Swatch schickt erst ab einer bestimmten Mindestbestellmenge". -Ok. Es sind schon mehr als 5 Wochen vergangen - kein Anruf, SMS, kein Armband! Ordered bracelet for my watch. I was told that it takes 2 weeks - Okay. After 15 days I called: "Swatch will send from a certain minimum order quantity". -OK. More than 5 weeks have passed - no call, SMS, no bracelet!

Und wo ich nach 4 Wochen feststellte dass Kratzer drauf sind, und dies reklamierte, haben sie die Uhr irgendwo hingeschickt um genauer untersuchen zu können. Nach einer Woche kam die Uhr zurück. Ihre Meinung nach sind es keine Kratzer, sondern irgendwelche Abrieb von irgendwas, was sie auch nicht sagen können. Auf jeden Fall ist es keine Garantiesache! I kann neues Band bestellen natürlich auf eigene Tasche! Find i a Frecheit! Kann jeden nur abraten von denen!!! Gehts woandereshin I bought an Armani watch from them for 500 euros! It was sold to me as unscratchable! Is mostly made of porcelain. And when I noticed after 4 weeks that there were scratches on it, and complained about this, they sent the watch somewhere to be able to examine it more closely. After a week the watch came back. In their opinion, it's not a scratch, but some sort of abrasion from something they can't say either. In any case, it is not a guarantee! I can of course order a new band with my own pocket! I find a cheek! Can only advise against them! Go somewhere else

Ein silber Ring der sich bereits nach wenigen Wochen sehr stark verfärbt wird mehrmals gereinigt aber nicht ersetzt. Zum Glück gibt es mehrere Schmuck Händler in Wels. Customer satisfaction is not the top priority there. A silver ring that becomes very discolored after a few weeks is cleaned several times but not replaced. Fortunately there are several jewelry dealers in Wels.
