Nicht nur dass dies nach Monaten der Nachfrage nicht ersetzt wurde, nein von der Sichtung in Italien kam die weiße Tasche über und über mit Kaffeeflecken beschmutzt zurück! Auf der Tasche, innen und an den Stoffteilen der Griffe, welche man nicht mehr sauber bekommt! Daraufhin hies es "der Chef ist nicht da, meldet sich aber fix nächste Woche bei Ihnen" Keiner hat sich gemeldet. Die Tasche kann man so nicht mehr tragen, bei dem Preis eine absolute Frechheit! After a few times of wearing, the leather peeled off on the handles. Not only that this was not replaced after months of demand, no, from the sighting in Italy, the white bag came back covered over and over with coffee stains! On the bag, inside and on the fabric parts of the handles, which can no longer be cleaned! Thereupon it was said "the boss is not there, but will get in touch with you next week". Nobody answered. The bag can no longer be carried like this, an absolute cheek at the price!

Bitte erinnert mich bei meinem nächsten Besuch daran, dass ich eine hellgraue Tasche brauche - keine in rosa - keine in beige!
