Because the Tourists especially Asian and Japanese purchase not one or two or three bags. They buy plenty of bags!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Their staff can speak Chinese. A lot of Chinese visitor visit this store as their tour packet I guess. So, if you come at wrong time, you will find this store full of Chinese tourist which will make the store really crowded

Not even a smile! Like they were forced to work there!
Buy the luggages online is better than going to this store in Vienna!
They do not even try to explain when i asked.
Look down on customers.
If i could rate less than 1 star ,i would! Terrible Terrible!
Rimowa ,Please seriously look into this and make some changes!
I have been there many times these past few years and nothing has changed.
