Daraufhin habe ich Kontakt mit der Filiale aufgenommen. Nach kurzem Schriftverkehr und Übermittlung von Fotos mit den Schäden, habe ich zirka eine Woche später die Nachricht erhalten, das die Geldbörse kostenlos ausgetauscht wird. Da ich leider eine weitere Anreise gehapt hätte wurde mir sogar die neue Geldbörse per Post zugesandt. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so einen guten Kundenservice erlebt. Vielen Dank nochmals! I bought a wallet about a month ago. Unfortunately, the leather or the seam is already torn in some places. I then contacted the branch. After a short correspondence and the transmission of photos with the damage, about a week later I received the message that the wallet would be exchanged free of charge. Since I would unfortunately have had to travel another time, the new wallet was even sent to me by post. I haven't seen such good customer service in a long time. Thank you again!
