★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein traumhaftes Hotel welches ich jedem empfehlen kann!! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und vor allem sehr sauber, daher auch ein Lob an das Reinigungspersonal! Generell sind alle Angestellten des Hotels sehr freundlich, engagiert und hilfsbereit! Essen ist sowohl zum Frühstück als auch am Abend fantastisch! Es besitzt auch desweiteren einen Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad, Infrarotkabiene und ein Kneipbecken. Für alle die mit dem Auto anreisen gibt es auf der Rückseite des Hotels einen Parkplatz. Das Hotel hat zu dem eine super Lage im Herzen von Mariazell, man hat zum Beispiel genau daneben einen Supermarkt oder für alle Wintersportler und/oder Wanderer ca.200 Meter weiter die Gondel die auf die Bürgeralpe hinauf fährt! Auch ist man in maximal zwei Minuten am Hauptplatz mit der wunderschönen Kirche.
Für alle die auf Süßes stehen gibt es schräg gegenüber eine Lebkuchen Manufaktur!
Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Hotel in das ich jederzeit wieder einchecken würde!!! Absolut Top!!!???
 A wonderful hotel which I can recommend to everyone! The rooms are very nice, equipped with everything you need and, above all, very clean, so a compliment to the cleaning staff! In general, all employees of the hotel are very friendly, committed and helpful! Food is fantastic both for breakfast and in the evening! It also has a wellness area with pool, sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and a Kneipp pool. For those arriving by car there is a parking lot at the back of the hotel. The hotel is also in a great location in the heart of Mariazell, for example there is a supermarket right next to it or, for all winter sports enthusiasts and / or hikers, the gondola that goes up to the Bürgeralpe about 200 meters away! You can also get to the main square with the beautiful church in a maximum of two minutes.
For all those who like sweets, there is a gingerbread factory across the street!
All in all a wonderful hotel that I would check in again at any time! Absolutely top !!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place and neighborhood area, beautiful view in the winter. Altough it is pretty hard to move with car on the hugely snowed roads. Tire chain/ snow chain is a must if you want to use the car in the city because it is very slippery. So, the hotel all together is OK: polite, kind staff, great food, comfortable rooms, and my favourite part is the pool area. It isn't that big but not too small either. Has a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam cabin, some showers and benches. But really, the best part that you can use them naked, and that some awesome stuff there. So don't be shy and try them as they intended to be used?. Overall the hotel is a solid 4/5 for me, I suggest it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are totally not at the 4 star level. Neither is the food. It’s much more expensieve comparing the quality provided. It’s okay for maximum 2 nights, but I would never choose it again. The walls are dirty, the curtains are smelly. I suggest to hire a cleaning company to do a whole renovation there.
