Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war unmöglich, bei 30°C Tagestemperatur das Fenster geschlossen zu halten auch keine Lösung. Weiterer Nachteil: WLAN sollte es zwar geben, allerdings nur im Rezeptionsbereich, bei meinem Aufenthalt hat es nirgends funktioniert. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Personal war jedoch freundlich und bemüht, das Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend. Insgesamt fand ich aber den Zimmerpreis doch etwas überhöht und zusätzlich wird nur Barzahlung akzeptiert. My room was on the street side and therefore extremely noisy. Sleeping with the window open was impossible, and keeping the window closed at 30 ° C during the day was not a solution either. Another disadvantage: WLAN should be available, but only in the reception area, it didn't work anywhere during my stay. Overall, the hotel looks a bit old, but the staff was friendly and tried hard, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, I found the room price a bit excessive and only cash payments are accepted.

Eine Woche vor Anreise erlitt mein Vater einen Herzinfarkt - natürlich musste ich alle Zimmer leider stornieren. Wir hätten gerne die Reise mit meinen Eltern zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt angetreten und baten um einen Gutschein. Trotzdem mussten wir 100% Stornogebühr von über 1.100 Euro zahlen. Leider wird einem diesbezüglich nicht entgegengekommen, wie ich es sonst aus der Hotellerie kenne. In einem Telefongespräch konnte man seine Sichtweise nicht darlegen, da man kaum zu Wort kam. Es wurde einem gesagt "Dies ist kein Wunschkonzert" und einfach aufgelegt. Reserved a total of 11 double rooms for our parents' diamond wedding. Jetzt haben wir im ersten Schritt die Zimmer wegen einer Krankmeldung storniert und uns dann überlegt zu einen späteren Termin die Reise anzutreten. Jetzt müssen wir trotzdem die 100% Storno gebühren zahlen. Bei einem Telefongespräch, durften wir kein Wort sagen, als wir doch mal zu Wort kommen durften, kam der Satz "Das ist ja kein Wunschkonzert" als Antwort und es wurde einfach aufgelegt. Y	Yasha Sosenskiy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had dinner at the restaurant. The food was decent and a good beer selection. However they refused to let us pay with card on a €100 bill even though there was clearly a card machine at the reception - very backwards for 2018.
N	Nagy Gabor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent hotel. Relatively comfortable beds (the pillows are too soft for me), very clean rooms and decent furniture. It's a good place to stay for a fee nights. A few negatives though: there's no WiFi in our room because there's only a router near the check desk. Also there's no refrigerator in our room. Overall I had a decent nights sleep, I felt comfortable in the room and didn't feel like the place was dirty. There's definitely room for improvements, but nothing too bad.
