v	vintage bride on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Geschäftsführer ist leider ein sehr unhöflicher Mensch! Antwortet nicht auf Emails, beendet Gespräche am Telefon ohne Vorwarnung. Leider ist es sehr schwierig etwas zu kaufen wenn man so behandelt wird. Dabei bin ich ein Mensch der gerne heimische Unternehmen unterstützt. Musste einen Stern geben um die Bewertung abzuschicken, aber leider hat, zumindest der Herr Geschäftsführer, keinen Stern verdient. The managing director is unfortunately a very rude person! Does not reply to emails, ends calls on the phone without warning. Unfortunately it is very difficult to buy something if you are treated like this. I am a person who likes to support local companies. Had to give a star to send the rating, but unfortunately, at least the managing director, didn't deserve a star.

Mußten Kleidung selbst holen in richtiger Größe. Wenig Kundenservice. Very friendly, staff a bit overwhelmed with two customers. Quite left alone when propping the clothes. Had to fetch clothes myself in the right size. Little customer service.

Great shop in the center of Mariazell with specialties such as several types of the own production of the Arzberger bitters (also tasting possible) as well as Pirker gingerbread and other .....
a	alexander Hayder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aha, sind wir also nicht alleine, da hat sich eine weitere Person also schon früher über den Hochmut der Chefitäten beschwert. Auch wir finden, dass ein nicht beantworten eines emails äußerst unhöflich ist. Wir hätten gerne den Likör auf unseren Ständen in Wien und Niederösterreich verkauft, soll halt nicht sein. Der Ärger über diese Unhöflichkeit hat uns aber zu unserem Glück geführt, denn genau in der selben Gasse befindet sich eine Likörmanufaktur mit Kräuterschnäpsen, die um das x-fache besser schmecken und wir freuen uns über die Zusammenarbeit mit dieser Firma. ps. Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall ;-) aha, so we are not alone, so another person complained earlier about the arrogance of the bosses. We also find that not answering an email is extremely rude. We would have liked to have sold the liqueur at our stands in Vienna and Lower Austria, but shouldn't be. The anger about this rudeness led us to our luck, because in the same alley there is a liqueur factory with herbal schnapps that taste many times better and we are happy to be working with this company. ps. Haughtiness comes before the event ;-)
M	MRobert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the store you can ask for a little guided tour of the small liqueur factory. We had a family member (4th generation) with big enthusiastic storys and unlimited taster :) There are a lot of difference between the three liquors (basicly Jägermeister to Unicum)

They now have a small coffee bar at the back of the shop with a great variety of drinks. I can highly recommend this shop for all that visit Mariazell.
