I was robed în this bar and nobody from the stuff cared ,somebody took my Wallet whit my documents ,money and cards and they toled me is no there problem , they only care that you buy from them.Same on you.Croweded ,no camera .Not safe .

Very typical location in Kitbühel, delicious and well-prepared food. The Kaiserschmarrn is amazing. Unforgettable experience!

Excellent food at above average prices. The restaurant is run by the family that owns the largest butcher in town, and it shows. The meat dishes are amazing, and they offer all sorts of dishes that you wouldn't find elsewhere. I had the grilled bone marrow and the fried Kalbskopf (literally: calf's head), and they were both delicious. However, you won't find just meat on the menu. There are plenty of vegetarian options, too, and according to my two vegetarian companions, they were also delicious. The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere. Every table we looked at seemed to have a warm atmosphere - there seemed to be no "best table in the house". The only thing that I would consider a slight negative was the service. The waiters are young and very friendly, but their inexperience shows at times. We would often get the same order of drinks delivered twice, etc. Lastly, I would like to address the prices. While they are above average in general, I would actually consider that rather cheap for the area (Kitzbühel). Overall, I can confidently recommend Mocking to anyone.

On the blackboard in front of the diner it says that the kitchen is closed from 2PM until 5PM but you can still order some sausages, soup and kaiserschmarrn. The sausages taste like meat sticks, they are very dry and nothing to write home about. The onion soup is good but very salty. Beer is too watery. Kaiserchmarrn is great but we had a very strange situation happen to us with kaiserschmarrn. We ordered two portions, and after 10-15 minutes the guests at the neighboring table brought us a kaiserschmarrn and told us that the waitress mistakenly brought it to their table. We couldn't see the waitress anywhere and by the time we saw her, the other guests have already left. Turns out they ordered the kaiserschmarrn and didn't want to eat it so they gave it to us - but they didn't pay for it so the restaurant made us pay for it. I found this very strange and not very hospitable at all since we got tricked. It's not the waitress's fault and it's not her responsibility either, but it was still unpleasant to have to pay for someone else's meal. Just to be clear - we would have paid for it out of politeness anyway, but we also expected to be offered to not have to pay for it since it wasn't our fault. It seems like common decency and if would have been good for the restaurant's review as well. A lot of the staff also doesn't speak almost any English and their English is in general very poor, but this is a problem that the entire service industry in Kitzbühel has, not only Mocking.

Tasty food that’s now worth the wait or the price. It took two and a half hours for our lunch to come out. Bread for the table cost 20 euros and we didn’t even get one slice per person. Will not be coming back here

The vibe was fun and staff were very friendly but the food was not good, even though the waitress recommended. The vegetarian dish with the cabbage tested like it was took out of a cane, extremely sour! We didn't order bread with butter but one of the waiters personally brought it to the table. We barely ate from it but they charged us anyway. Keep in mind that we didn't order it in the first place. The soup had a strange taste and my friend said that his dish tasted like a medicine. Even the green salad was bitter. Sorry, was not our cup of tea...
