★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service. Perfekt aufbereite Ski. Der Wunschski wurde extra für meine Belange von anderen Niederlassungen beschafft! Hier macht man alles richtig. Aufjedenfall zu empfehlen. Die Preise sind angemessen. Ich empfehle eine Onlinereservierung, um nochmals 10% zu sparen.
 Super Service. Perfectly prepared skis. The desired ski was procured especially for my needs from other branches! Everything is done right here. Absolutely to suggest. The prices are reasonable. I recommend booking online to save another 10%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geared up to handle many rentals very efficiently. Moved from board to skis mid week with no questions asked. Good lockers (bit of a squeeze). For me, this is how a rental service should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I visited this establishment this morning and unfortunately experienced a series of disturbing events. We entered the store and were greeted with a real "what do you want" attitude. When we said my wife needed a full set of ski gear I expected delight, what sales person doesnt like making a sale like that at 9 in the morning. She directed us downstairs so we went and the intersport lady followed. My wife tried on several different pants and jackets and all the while the lady stood and stared. I get her coming down with us if she wants to make suggestions, lay out a few things to try on ect. BUT WHY STAND AND DO NOTHING??? We still ended up buying $350 in stuff. I attempted a few times to start a conversation (in German) but nothing. This store is located right next to the lift, at the foot of the mountain, however, she did not know about opening times, snow etc..
But did it end there? NO. We brought our brand new AUGMENT skis that cost $1200 per set to their work shop area to be fitted to our shoes. They let us watch them work, I wish I had'nt. The guy used an impact wrench that looked like it came out of the 60s to remove and re-screw the bolts on several times. By the end one of the threads was broken. Every technician knows to avoid cross threading, screws should first be inserted by hand. He used a hammer to McGyver a solution but still charged $80 for the service.
Can not reccomend.
