you really suck guys.. your customer care is non existent, our plane was diverted from Catania to Malta for unspecified technical problems.. 70 people including kids left with no support for 6 hours overnight in a shitty airport.. no manager showed up and nobody of your ground crew had an idea of what was going on!! fate semplicemente schifo ragazzi miei.. volo da Vienna a Catania dirottato su Malta per non ben specificati problemi tecnici, per 6 ore avete lasciato 70 persone inclusi bambini a dormire per terra in un aeroporto ridicolo senza trovare una sistemazione adeguata.. nessun contatto con i responsabili, personale di terra completamente ignaro di cosa stava accadendo!

Trapped in Malta Airport for 10 hour delay. Flying from Malta to Vienna. Kept us on the plane from Malta for 3 hours every so often telling us the problem is about to be fixed. Should have realised something wasn't right when half the cabin crew quickly exited the plane while they told us the problem was going to be fixed very soon. After some guests starting to scream and burst into tears from frustration on the plane (we asked for water and were told no) we were taken back to the gate and presented with some green bits of paper which were obviously supposed to feign that everything was going to be resolved quickly (they said boarding card with no other info on them). Told us to wait a couple of hours for next flight. Then another hour then another one. After asking for a manager were told every time we asked over the coming hours they would be there in 10 minutes one finally appeared after about 6 hours. Then the entire gate was un manned so there wasn't even anyone to ask anymore. We had to go back through security to speak to someone at check in. They then told us that although the screen now said 1am departure! (we were originally supposed to depart at 3pm) that was incorrect and it would be 12am or earlier (we asked for this to be confirmed 3 times over the course of the next couple of hours). No in the end it was in fact 1am. They were literally just lying to our faces. How can they not know where their planes are or when one will be available next? They obviously know how long it will take to fly from place X and re fuel etc. Don't even get me started on the complimentary refreshment coupons which they ran out of. They wouldn't even tell you what that would get you as it was so embarrassingly pathetic they would just tell us to go ask at the cantine. I fully realise the plane had a problem and at the time I actually thought I am glad that they were putting safety first. However the way they handled the situation was absolutely ridiculous and on top of that they were rude at one point telling us they were also frustrated. How frustrating is it really for them to sit at the desk and hand out coupons every so often. They are being paid to be there after all. (when one elderly lady asked if a hotel was nearby the woman working snapped back she has no idea, go back through security and ask at information). They could have firstly not constantly lied to us and secondly at least done it with a smile and some manners. If we would have been told right away the plane would be another 7 hours (making a total wait time of 10 hours waiting) we would have all gone back to town and found a hotel till the next flight in the morning. A complete and utter insult to all the passengers (some elderly some pregnant). Farce would be putting it far too lightly.

Our plane to Italy from Vienna was diverted to Malta because of a technical problem, they told us. Arrived in Malta there was no costumer care, no-one taking care about the passengers, no hotel, nothing! We waited three hours for a Manager who never showed up, finally we found out that he was not working this night. We'll never ever buy a flight with this company again!
