★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever! I been to this restaurant last Christmas. Since I’ve been there the very beginning no one served me, I have been there waiting over 30 minutes and had called them over triple time, but they always said one minute and did not do anything. The customers who come later than me, all have the dishes on their table. And finally I completed my order and my dishes were coming and they dropped my food and tableware on my table without saying anything with the expressionless face. I don’t know if the problem is because I’m an Asian or just I was the single customer. It’s just ruining my Christmas and mood in Vienna. Totally not recommended!

Immediately after a salad I felt unwell ?
Waiters make silly jokes, full of familiarity, the service is extremely poor.
Avoid this tourist trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and cozy restaurant in the city center. You must try theirs 'On the waves of harmony' tea. Special shout-out for the tall bald guy (manager or waiter) and his kindness and professionality.
